Things I notice at the gym and say to my this guy has no clue..
Triceps pulldowns at my gym 2 crossovermachines and pull downs on the ends. Guys will hit the middle crossover cables and do triceps on them and I will be facing them on the other side on the end. The crossover cable has 2 pulleys = less weight being pushed due to leverage etc. I'm doing the 1 pulley cables on the ends. This in itself doesn't bother me, what bothers me is that they look at me as they push down more weight than me not having any idea they problably wouldn't do one rep with the weight I have and they start acting cocky and flexing.. ARGH!! oh well..
Leg presses/squats You know these guys they put on about 10 wheels on each side and go through about 10% range of motion while moaning at the top of their lungs and they high 5 when they get done...
deadlifts.. there's only one platform in my gym, and usually the same guy with 2 25's on the bar running it down his shins, rounding his back and tells the girl hes working out with how to do it (shes hot too!) damn!!!!
Or the really heavy guys that wont touch any cardio equipment but go and do heavy chest and back.. guy try and lose some fat, do you remember what your dick looks like??
And you got to love this, the european guy who doesn't use any deoderant and goes around and follows you bench to bench and just stinks up the place.. or the protein drinking farters who go to where you are and leave mark their territory KILL THEM ALL!!
oh well just venting.. I think when we see this random acts of stupidty we should let our voices be heard! I gotta pay and share this space with you so shape up light weight!!!!
