1st Cycle Test E Beastdrol kick LOG

Damn GJ That really sucks bro.. what about dumbells? Gate I like the incline too man but I usually do all 3

Db work doesn't seem to bother it so much...mostly flat bench, dips a little but bw dips aren't anything I can't work through. I may have grazed a nerve when pinning my trap, ever since it's been irritated but who knows it could be anything. Gh may be in my future lol
 
Dips hurt my shoulder so bad man and Dips are so frign important man it sucks.. I usually tuff it out and do them atleast once a week.. As long as im focusing on my tri's and keeping upright they dont hurt.. but if I want to lean forward and focus on my chest it absolutely kills me man.. almost brings tears to my eyes.. but yea GJ thats what I was talking about bro like on chest day just use dumbells for your flat and incline and even decline if you want.. dumbells allow me a nice groove i can get in without much pain... and for the record your balls are way bigger than mine.. unless its a slin pin no way im pinning traps lol..actually not even then

Well guys a week from today I will be starting the anavar.. Really pumped about this especially after talking to GJ who is having great success already with his anavar. I think ive decided on 60mg for the last 5 weeks of my test and 2 weeks after last pin.. that will give me 7 weeks to really chisel my body hopefully... Also wanna thank everyone thats been following along and taking this journey with me.. really appreciate all the support, motivation, and good advice.. Another thing im sorry I havent been as detailed as I was at the beginning.. once your this many weeks in there just really isnt much to report on a day to day basis.. once i start the var however I plan to do a day by day to really analyze the var results..
 
Guys im so sorry I havent posted in so long... Just shortly after starting the back end of my cycle with the Var I came down with a terrible sickness.. It was totally unrelated, the weather was being very inconsistent and my job requires me to be outside alot so I probably just caught a bug.. Anyways it was so bad I had to go to the doctor and get on anti-biotics.. I dropped the var immediately but i kept injecting the test twice a week as usual.. My last shot of test is today then in 2 weeks im going to PCT.. Really sucks it happened like this, guess Ill save the var for another cycle..

Thanks GJ I made some good strength gains and noticeable size gains mainly in my legs and arms so it wasnt a wasted cycle per say, hoping PCT goes as planned and I keep everything... Ima take a couple months off and start a new cycle around the first of june.. thinking sust 250 / tren a / eq
