yea bro i love that movie.. Did arms today guys and I could tell that my strength was up but not as crazy as it was when I did legs.. Still very nice though.. Tomorrow Im going to go for a good run around town but no weights.. Monday Ima blast chest and hopefully be strong as hell.. Felt good the last couple days with no sides
 
Today was a rest day for me so nothing to update on, got chest 2morrow cant wait im pumped feeling really strong.. gonna inject my 5th shot of test e in the morning and day 11 of beastdrol I believe..

Day 13.... Just got done doing back.. Had a decent workout, strength wise I didnt feel any stronger than I normally do(didnt feel any stronger on Chest yesterday either) kinda just went through the motions and got it done.. Ive been eating and getting plenty of rest guys Im 2 weeks in when does the fun stuff start? lol
 
Keep at it if anything you should notice the great test kick in around week 3 and 4. Just need to hit the gym everyday knowing your gonna KILL It! There will always be the odd shitty workout.- Mike
 
Thanks man.. I used to kill it everyday in the gym, and now im just constantly thinking about my cycle.. Im counting on it too much instead of just kicking ass..

Just dont even consider that your on. Just get pumped about your workout and then get in the gym and Kill That Shit.
And then all of sudden you will realize that "shit man I was fuggin strong today" and thats the cycle doing its job bro.
You know bro it might not hurt to post your diet in detail for a week or 2 right in here. I can tell you that junkie and steve will jump right on that and help you out.

Week 2 is officially over.. tomorrow is day 15 on Beastdrol and 2morrow Ill be taking my 6th inject of test E @250mg.. Starting today I decided I was going to quit worrying about my cycle and getting stronger every day and just go in there and kill that fukn shit... I think it paid off with a great workout.. thanks everyone for the support and motivation

You're first cycle creeps up on because u don't know what to expect....just keep killn that shit, eatn plenty of clean meals and getn plenty if rest and then before you know it youll be in the gym Like Damn I feel good lol....if you wanna post your diet up ill help you out with it bro

My legs have got a ton stronger, but legs is the only body part im really noticing strength gains.. everything else is just kinda mild I guess is the word im looking for.. Also on a side note my nips are gettin kinda sensitive.. should I start to worry or is this just normal? Ive been taking the forma for a couple weeks now at 5pumps am and 5 pumps pm, hopefully thats enough for on cycle A.I support.. thanks again for all the support guys

Correction - It was 4 plates which is 405.. dunno why i was thinking it was 395.. nice im in the 400 club on squats lol

Do u have any letro on hand? Sensitive nipples is a bad sign....if you have letro start in with .6mg eod to be safe
 
Watch the nipples sometimes simple things like laundry detergent on cloths can fuck wit them and trip you out. On a side note is nolva ok to take with superdrol? Or is it like tren where there are mixed opinions? Good job on the pr btw... That is an awesome squat!

looking killer bro! keep an eye on the nips but be careful not to syke yourself out! Make sure you get that Letro better to have and not need it. Keep up the hard work.
 
Yeah I swear you can give yourself gyno symptoms by over analyzing and poking them every 10 minutes.pretty soon you will be having hulk like workouts every day. It's only uphill from here!!

Got a question for you guys.. wednesday makes 3 weeks on the beastdrol and im thinking about stopping it then.. I just dont think its doing anything else for me and would be pointless to run it another week.. what do you guys think? Also I got a good deal on some anavar tabs and was wanting to throw that in for about 4 or 5 weeks at the end of my cycle.. So I figure an extra week off an oral(the beastdrol) would give my liver a little more time to recover.. Ive pretty much made my mind up that im going to run the var guys so if you dont care just please give me advice on the best way to incorporate it into my cycle.. I was thinking 50mg ed for 5 weeks at the end of my cycle.. Thoughts, Suggestions? As always thinks for the advice and support you guys are the best
 
If your 3 weeks into beastdrol I'm assuming the total course is a 4 week cycle. You've got this far, you may aswell finish it :)

Loving the Var idea, assuming you got some good pct and liver support.

Don't forget Var is the mildest oral so don't worry to much about it.

50-80mg ED is perfect week 5-10.

Loving the cycle. I'll give any advice I can to he'll, glad to see it's looking up!
 
Well ive got winny and var but im going with the var because I figure this being my first cycle it will be alot milder on my body
 
If your not feeling any negative sides from the beast you should finish the 4th week in my opinion. I bet some of the strength you are feeling can be attributed to it. Of course it's your body you know best :) I like the var idea for the last 5 weeks maybe even add a little creatine as var is supposed to up regulate creatine synthesis. I'm not 100 percent on this but I ran a var creatine combo and holy veins I was freaky! Keep up the good work bud and you will not be disappointed!!!

Run it right until your pct. that way as the test is dropping you are still making nice gains. Plus it gives 2 weeks break on your liver. Any other more advanced users have input on this? This is just how I would approach it.

I would do it like this but extend the test 2 weeks, 3 weeks isnt a very long break between orals not to mention beastdrol is very liver toxic.......so like this

var 9-14 50mg ed

Weight that used to be heavy and intimidating before, now I grab it and rep it out... Absolutely loving my cycle and really the only side to mention is my sleep has been fuked up for a while now.. Cant remember the last truly great night of sleep ive had and I seriously used to be a great deep long sleeper.. I would lay down at night and be out in no time and actually sleep for 8 hours straight.. Really miss that lol.. Ive been taking a double dose of melatonin but thats just helping me 'get' to sleep I still wake up a couple hours later.. oh well part of it all i guess.. Heading to do Shoulders later bros

I have trouble getting a full night sleep when I am on cycle also! I just push hard as I can in the gym so I am just beat by the end of the day. Another thing that helps me is making sure it is pitch black in my room no light cover the clock, the windows, etc..... Be careful not to get to dependent on taking stuff to help you sleep its hard to stop taking them after awhile.

Now get in there and kill those shoulders! :evil:

When i cant sleep on cycle i just jack it 12-13 times. That'll do the trick!

Quick update before I go do arms.. I started out at 190lbs.. I weighed myself yesterday, and this is no shit 216lbs WTF!!? I didnt get fat but I cant really see where the weight went I dont understand it lol.. On a side note im literally in hulk mode and my confidence is through the fukn roof lol.. The gym is like my little bitch right now lmao.. alright guys ima go destroy my arms, hope all you good bros have a good weekend

Seriously though Melatonin Does help me sometimes.
It's cheap ,readily available, Non addictive And never leaves you feeling groggy the next day.
You could give it a try see how it works for you.

I lift with a 19 year old kid who can lift 405 for 3 and hit 455 for 1... hes got 150+ on me man, I realize hes a freak but its still in my face every damn day lol.. he can bench what I can squat and ive always felt my legs were half way decent lol

We filmed it the other day if you guys dont believe me I can throw it up on here I guess
 
Time for a little update guys.. Im in my 5th week and just did my 9th shot of test e yesterday morning.. I decided that I feel fine and havent experienced any 'bad' side effects(sleep loss and night sweets but thats about it)so starting yesterday I upped my test to 650mg a week. Im going to continue to run it like that for the duration of my cycle, which is 8 more weeks.. Tomorrow will make 4 weeks on Beastdrol so that will be my last day with it.. Im going to miss the awesome pumps I get from it but wont miss the terrible back pumps and lethargy.. Also looking forward to doing cardio again.. I couldnt go longer than a 10 min jog without my calves shins and back in agonizing pain.. even with a high dose of taurine.. All bullshit aside im absolutely loving the Test guys... its really unbelievable how strong ive gotten in 4 weeks.. Its mind boggling.. why isnt everyone on Test? lol.. Im starting to get a lot of looks and attention in the gym.. Im beginning to think its diff obvious that im on something.. I had to make up a lie yesterday and tell 2 kids that im double dosing a test booster.. fml.. syke!! ive never felt this good in my entire life!!

This is good advice! Non the less just keep a close eye on sides, water retention nipple sensitivity. Fluctuating hormones generally is what causes the worst sides! Also keep killing it in the gym :) !!!! I always get pumped up looking at my huge Arnold poster ! Wife thinks I'm nuts lol.

you should be fine here, but in future more complex cycles I would just stick it out as planned

yea bro in my experience when I have upped doses like that it just seemed to throw off my system even more and created more sides than gains. Stay smart! the best advice anyone has told me about cycles is more doesn't always mean better!

Just a little update.. This is the end of my 5th week of my cycle.. Been off beastdrol for a couple days now, and I feel freakn awesome.. My appetite is back in a big way and my sleep is soooo much better.. My strength is still going through the roof.. Did chest today and hit some new PR's.. Got arms tomorrow and although Ill miss the pumps I got while using beastdrol, I wont miss all the other sides.. Beastdrol just isnt for me.. However I do love the forma, and plan on using it again in future cycles.. Just like all drugs in the world everyone reacts differently.. In 4 weeks ill be adding 50mg ED of Anavar for 5 weeks then immediately start PCT.. Thanks to all the good bros on here who have gave me solid advice and motivation!

Hey man sounds like you are having alot of success keep up the good work and keep killing it everytime.! What have you noticed far as forma keeping estrogen and progesterone down ? I plan on using it aswell as I have a few bottles here just curious if it is enough to keep all estrogen sides at bay.
 
Yea man really enjoying the forma bro.. My chest is the best its ever been man nice and tight.. I was experiencing super sensitive nipples and I increased the forma to 6pumps am and 6 pumps pm and their fine now.. So that in itself is all the proff I need for myself.. Its kinda silly but I look forward to putting it on every morning and evening.. I like the way it feels its kinda hard to describe lol.. Ive been using it for 4 weeks now and judging by that ive got about 2 or 3 weeks left in this bottle.. Ive got another one so I should be fine.. btw its the only A.I ive used all cycle.. hope that helps bro

I love forma, that stuff can be such a life saver for either prolactin or estrogen issues on cycle or during pct...

Hey mrsupps thanks for stopping by... Man I like beastdrol but I would never run it again as a kickstart.. I really liked the sick pumps and how tight it made my arms feel but even at 30mg a day I didnt get that great of strength gains from it.. But having said that I got a buddy who got great strength gains from it, so just like everything else different compounds effect people differently.. As far as the forma though I plan on using it with every future cycle.. Hell I look forward to putting it on twice a day lol

Im hoping its just water or body fat(ive lost about 4lbs over the last week) I feel really good and strong.. Got a question for you bros.. Ive had a couple people tell me I should possibly significantly lower my forma dose or completly remove it until pct or I experience sides, that it could be keeping me from making optimal gains? Any thoughts or suggestions on that guys? I was doing 6 pumps am and 6 pm but Ive got it down to 4 am and 4 pm now.. woiuld love to hear what you guys think on this matter

As far as i know its good for on cycle and pct. It is supposed to help maintain the balance between t&e rather then just strip e out like adex or stane would.
Lol now you got my weals turning cuz i just ordered my first bottle a few hour's ago. Hopefully g junky will chime in,im sure he could help us both out on this one.

you'll get so many conflicting opinions on this the best thing to do imo is listen to your body....everyone is different so there is no straight answer. It's trial and error here, if your nipples aren't sensitive and your joints aren't dried out i'd say stick with what you're doing lol.....you have to keep calorie intake into consideration as well, if you put on 26lbs in 5 weeks like crixus did then you have to adjust accordingly, hope that helps

I think ima drop down just a little more at 3 pumps am and 3 pm for my on-cycle maintenance.. then when I hit pct raise it back up (or if I experience sensitive nips)

good call, imo its best to use as little ancillaries as possible....
 
Yeah GJ im thinking your absolutely right.. Did my 12th inject today in my upper quad and it went really smooth (no pain at all).. got a couple more weeks then ima start taking 60mg anavar ED.. btw whats the best way to dose it guys like break it up every 6 hours or so to keep blood levels nice and smooth?

Did legs today man and my last working set I did 405 for 12 good reps man.. The only thing I really havent improved is my deadlift bro.. and I honestly think its a mental thing (ive got several friends and even my brother who have been severly injured from deads) So every time I go to add more weight its in the back of my mind and I end up pysching myself out.. Call me a pussy if you want it is what it is.. Im repn low 3's on my bench which is awesome for me.. Im stuck around 200 on the military press.. I usually just work up to 185 and rep that for a couple sets, I hit 205 for 2 the other day which is my best (most ive ever tried).. Really looking forward to incorporating my anavar into my cycle in a couple more weeks!

those are big numbers, what's your stats look like? also looks like youre responding extremely well to gear by the increase in your numbers....you've got a lot of potential bro

Guys thanks for the kind words for real.. From the beginning I was always strong at legs.. another thing that helps me is that a lot of guys will miss legs here and there because they feel likes its really not a big deal (noone will miss chest though lmao), but me i never missed legs because I always enjoyed doing them.. Had a little scare at the gym today fellas.. I was doing chest.. after warm ups I hit 185 for 10.. then 205 for 10.. while doing the 205 i felt a little discomfort in my left shoulder.. I thought nothing of it thinking I prolly didnt warm up as much as I should have.. next set I was going to hit 225 for 8-10.. as im bringing it down my left shoulder completly gives out (luckly my buddy was spotting me).. That has never happened to me and now its going to be in the back of my mind on every fucking set i do now.. The rest of my workout sucked ass because I was to scared to lift heavy so I just did alot of reps with average weight

btw next thursday I hit legs again and if I can remember ima have my buddy film my last couple sets and ill try to figure out how to put it on here

That sucks bro, I'm having problems with my right shoulder to the point now were ill have to stick to decline bench....after this comp I may have to visit a doc....with no insurance :worried:

I have had this same problem.
I have read into it a lot and it seems that the flat bench is notorious for causing shoulder injuries.
I like the way incline bench makes my chest look better anyway.
