sal- i went 1 week on andro before i started my cycle. that was my first week of working out. i try to work out 6 days a week, between 1-1.5 hrs. i took 4 days off from working out in week 8 because the weight was getting to me. shortness of breathe and felt hot all of the time. i felt better after the time off.
workout: 3 sets (1 warmup-lite 2 very heavy low reps)
legs: squats, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, 2 different types of calf raises
back/shoulders: military press, rows, 2 diff. pull downs, pull-ups, dumbell mil. press, shoulder raises
arms: tri push down, tri extensions, tri pushouts, preacher curls, isolation curls, straight bar curls
chest: bench press, incline press, decline press, flys, dumbell press
