1st cycle results

here are my first cycle results.

my stats:
21yrs.
5'6"
164lbs.

cycle consisted of 400mg Ttokkyo cyp./wk. followed by clomid.
don't be too harsh on me! i started out weighing 115lbs. i'm not cut up because i'm just trying to put on mass right now.
my next cycle, which will start in 4 weeks is:
Ttokkyo Deca 300mg/wk
T4 400mg/wk
Loeffler Dbol 25mg/day
Nova 10mg/day
 
to bad im 17 gonna have to wait a while before i can take gear fucking 6ft 1/2 inch tall and 150 pounds on an empty stomach in the morning. SUCKS!!!! i went up from 127 in 2 months though cuz i used to like not eat but i gained some fat along the way =(. I'd like to get up to around 185..
 
so what yer trying to say is that you went from 115 to 164 on a cyp alone cycle...Hmmmm...I'm gonna have to think about that one.

I don't have anything to say but CONGRATS!!!!!!!! your gains are amazing!!!!! how did you deal with all the comments of people when they started to notice the transformation? I am 5'11'' and I am in my second week of sust 500 mg/week for 8 weeks and D-bol 30 mg ED for 4 weeks, I am up 7 #'s, eating clean but like crazy (I am hungry all the time now) and training hard, hopefully I can show my B4 and after pics in a couple of months when I'm done with my cycle. You sure are a motivation for Ectos in this board, keep up the good work.
 
it was 49 lbs. i ate everything in site (at least 5 meals a day) and increased my protein intake to 300+ g's a day. i took multivitamins, b12, amino acids, glutamine, and creatine each day. my goal is to be in the low 200's lbs. by march. my only problem is that i'm fighting genetics. my mom is 5'2" 100lbs. and my dad is 5'5" 155lbs.
 
all right, let's share the knowledge here, looking at yur b4 pic it seems to me that you went directly to the use of gear without working out natural, what does your training program look like, and as for the diet, can you be more specific? .. what did you eat? I am eating myself around 3,500 clean cals a day divided in 6 meals 40/40/20, did you eat more than that? .. anyway.. again, very impressive and I gues that the geneitc barrier is already broken dude so happy growing!!!!

sal- i went 1 week on andro before i started my cycle. that was my first week of working out. i try to work out 6 days a week, between 1-1.5 hrs. i took 4 days off from working out in week 8 because the weight was getting to me. shortness of breathe and felt hot all of the time. i felt better after the time off.
workout: 3 sets (1 warmup-lite 2 very heavy low reps)
legs: squats, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, 2 different types of calf raises
back/shoulders: military press, rows, 2 diff. pull downs, pull-ups, dumbell mil. press, shoulder raises
arms: tri push down, tri extensions, tri pushouts, preacher curls, isolation curls, straight bar curls
chest: bench press, incline press, decline press, flys, dumbell press
 
diet:
6am: vitamins (all) instant carnation, protein drink, weight gainer drink.
8:30: 4 eggs, bacon, toast, hashbrowns, OJ
11:00: grilled chicken, fries, lemonade
3:00: tuna,
5:00: full high protien dinner, usually included steak or pork chops, kidney beans, corn, etc. w/ milk
school til 6-8 workout 9-10
10:30 vitamins (all) protein drink, weight gainer drink
12:00 tuna, oatmeal protien drink, gainer drink

each contained about
protein drink: 49g protein 180 cals
weight drink 18 600

i know it's not a serious diet but it was something that i could eat that provided me with what i needed to grow. i not bragging, i just believe in sharing information. the reason why i put on so much weight is, i ate all of the time. Also, this was my first cycle and i've read that you gain the most on your first cycle.
 
So um...when did you sleep? And why did you say you ate up to 5 meals per day, when you just listed off 7 meals? So you took a shit load of vitamins, twice per day?
 
human- i didn't consider my drinks in the morning or my tuna snack at 3 a meal. i didn't sleep much at night but took at nap when i got home from work after my tuna snack. and yes i took my vitimans twice a day. anything else?
like i said, i'm, not looking to brag or get flamed. i just want to give hope to everyone who is skinny like i was. that's why i'm willing to share.

I know you're not trying to brag, I guess I could have phrased my questions differently. Try and get some more sleep would ya :) Your body needs, NEEDS the rest.
 
Man I just keep looking at your pics and beleive me I have great expectations now about my cycle-diet-training, I am probably not as Skinny as you were but still skinny enough to be called "Skinny" .. thanks for your inputs, and indeed you are a good example that we Ectos can make it big time in this difficult wolrd of BB... keep it up and don't forget to post your results after your second cycle!
 
Funny thing is, you went from skinny to average.

I'm not trying to flame, man. you look like you've got a good base. But there's no way in hell I would have started gear in that before pic.

You probably could have gotten to where you are now just through eating sh*tloads of food every day and training properly. You honestly don't look like you've done a cycle; I know people who've trained naturally for less than a year and gotten results equal to that.

I think you jumped into steroid use way too early; you should have trained for QUITE a few more years naturally, at the very least.

I'm not going to say anything else. What's done is done.

But......wow. *shakes head sadly* Can i ask you WHY?

Did I read the first two sentences right? On your first week of working out you did andro.....then the second week you started your cycle?? Or was there a gap between the andro and the cycle?

Did you lose anything when you had been off for a month?

dumb- what's bullshit? i gave you my before and after pics. i explained why i thought i gained so much. i also agree with Belial, i went from skinny to average. my next goal is to get big. i know i probably won't put on that much weight on my next cycle.
 
So you cycled after training for only one week??

The reason I ask is that I used to be long and lean just like you. In my first two months of training, and with a really shitty diet, I gained 25lbs. The point being that when you first start you really dont need chemical enhancement in order to grow.

But as somebody said.....whats done is done. I aint gonna bitch about it.....I would have just done it differently.

Ok I'm not going to get on Kwelx's case here.......everybody gets impatient about making gains. I'm sure people can figure out from my posts what I think of somebody who starts using so early.

However, there are several people saying things to the effect of "great job". Shit he had one week of training behind him when he started taking. He is now carrying alot more water and fat. I bet that with the diet that he had he could have made alot of gains without gear. This is where steroids use becomes ABUSE. What a waste.....and now he is planning another cycle in 4 weeks. Give him a year and he'll no doubt be doing grammes of test a week. That is just reckless when he could have gained alot naturally. I'd like to know how many pounds he is still hanging onto in 6 weeks or a month. Then we will see just how good that cycle was.

As I said I cant blame people for being impatient......but dont encourage them. Theres a right way and a wrong way to do this shit.....

Ok bring on the flames.......I'm actually looking forward to em.
 
I agree with Imnotdutch completely, I also don’t believe that before picture is as recent as he says it is. Look at the facial features, in the before pic he looks 16-17. I would honestly say there was at least 3 years before between the pics.

KwelX - I’m sure you made some gains on your cycle but don’t bullshit us with that before photo.
 
wow, what constructive critisim. none of the pics are bullshit. why don't you guys go harass the guy who posted up 37lbs in 2 months? i didn't post the pics for people to say that this was bullshit. i posted them to share or help others.
 
by showing if your skinny you can put on weight by eating alot and doing a mild cycle. now i'm going to follow a more strict diet and do a heavier cycle next. i'll be sure to post my results.
 
Ok some very simple points.....
If you are skinny and arent gaining weight you arent eating enough. If you just started training your body will want to grow and get stronger. You do not need to cycle to get gains at this point.

You also mentioned molles results (I think that is who you refer to). He did have some training behind him so it isnt the same.....however he looks the same in the before and afters to me. He just learnt to spread his wings for the second pic.

Nice work brotha. I'm little too & have been working out for many years. Natural is nice but you can only get so far (my opinion). Keep working hard & don't listen to those musclehedz. :finger:
 
Musclehedz??

Some of us have been where he started and did well naturally.

Of course you can only get so far naturally......but he didnt even try. That is the point that the Musclehedz are trying to make!! He made no effort to learn how his body works before hand.....never tried out the diet to see if he could grow on it either. He just jumped straight in and stuck a needle in himself.
