Food. . .make sure that you are eating enough

When I was your age, I was about the same size. I had just graduated from high school and I was 5' 9.5" and weighed 163lbs.

All you have to do is work hard and you will see results!!

Hey Kinnish, good luck man, I had a similar build coming out of high school. I was about 165 and 6'. I followed 5x5 when I first started out, and I got up to about 190 with no fat gain pretty fast. Louden posted a great routine but I personally would favor 5x5 over that. Just as long as you're going heavy on the compound movements and eating enough you will grow like a weed.
