Yes, I believe you can be ready in 4 months if you stay on target. The more time you have to prep, the better, and the more mass you will retain without having to dip too far with calorie restriction. With you being in prep now, I wouldn't worry so much about arm growth because its just not going to change much while dieting down. Just something to concentrate on in the future. Everyone has their weak areas so its not a big deal. You get conditioned and you will look awesome on stageThanks dude and I'm trying my freakjn hardest to get these arms to grow hahaha if only..
