they are probably big but you have put good size on your upper arms and delts and it can sometimes leave the forearms looking less developed even if they are'nt .

Nice to see the vascularity coming through bro. Your traps look incredible, and I can see the thickness in your chest. I'd recommend trying to bring up your arms a little along with side delts and forearms. That would round out your upper body really well. However it's hard to judge things like arms and back well from these photos. Side chest, side tricep, back double bi, and rear lat spread will help get a better idea on those areas
Looking pretty thick. You have a respectable amount of mass, and as you bring in more definition with that clean diet things will get more impressive. Once you start seeing the separation it will give you that 3D effect that will also make both your strong areas and weak areas more apparent.
Back width looks great bro. That's a nice lat spread. Traps and chest look thick. I would put emphasis on bringing arms up a little by maybe adding an extra arm day. Other than that your upper body looks very well rounded bro. Nice work

Yes, I believe you can be ready in 4 months if you stay on target. The more time you have to prep, the better, and the more mass you will retain without having to dip too far with calorie restriction. With you being in prep now, I wouldn't worry so much about arm growth because its just not going to change much while dieting down. Just something to concentrate on in the future. Everyone has their weak areas so its not a big deal. You get conditioned and you will look awesome on stageThanks dude and I'm trying my freakjn hardest to get these arms to grow hahaha if only.. Used the nitronox today and decided to use it with chest and biceps. The workout went very well and the energy felt extremely clean and didn't make me sick at all. The pre workout tasted alright not the best not the worst. It mixed up well and by far gave the best pump a pre workout has given me. My chest was fucking huge at the end! Veins were bulging out the whole timefirst time doing heavy flat barbell in about a month and strength was still pretty good!

Used the pwo again and hit legs.. Today was no carbs pre workout so i felt sluggish. Took the pwo and in 30 min I felt amped for the gym. Set a pr on straight leg deadlifts I hit 365 for 8 in the middle of prep.. Fucking insane pump to veins were going all down my thighs
Good stuff. Just keep at it. It will enable you to train harder and combined with everything else you will keep on improving fast.
What is your pre/intra/post workout nutrition on a typical day? I assume you carb cycle?
I workout in the morning after my first meal. First meal is usually 2 fried eggs fat free cheese 6 oz turkey meat and a role then a shake then workout then after usually a shake and some carb ido flexible dieting though. And no I don't carb cycle right now Macros are 50 fat 250 protein and 380 carbs

Thansk everyone yesterday I did arms And the pump was insane. Went up to 115 on close grip curls and veins were popping out everywhere. Then hit shoulders in the pm and worked up to a 170x13 standing millitary press. Hitting back today can't wait![]()
Great stuff. The pump I get on the NitroNOX when training arms is ridiculous. I couldn't even shower properly last time as I could barely move my arms. I trained shoulders and calves today... what did your shoulder session look like?
I do a variation of 5/3/1 with bodybuilding assistance pretty much standing millitary as the mandatory working up to a big set of 5+ to failure the back off so 5x5 then do a shit load of side and rear delts
Low rep stuff are great but I wouldn't do them too much... especially with shoulders. My shoulders are fine but honestly I know so much guys who have fucked up shoulders from heavy pressing. Many have bad backs and knees but shoulders is probably no.1 I see. Some really heavy stuff is great after plenty of warming up but if it were me I wouldn't go below 10 reps for shoulders. Throw in the occasional really heavy 5-8 reps sets but not too much. I do love training shoulders though. Really abuse those side laterals![]()

Chest days are a struggle and I can't do military press at all!
Dr says it's possible to heal but will actually have to lay off lifting with upper body

Yea that's where I am right now putting on some size got my dr to prescribe some deca I was on a npp run but doctor said if I go the route of legitimate script he would monitor everything
He said he does not want me putting ugl stuff in my body I said hell yea for a prescription to nandrolone
Shitty thing is when I get down to a low low bf the rebound weight when I up my food sucks just from being so depleted ! I love the dry vascular look when I'm not in the gym getting a pump !
Yea that's where I am right now rebound 10 lbs in about 12 days so I'm very full strength is way up and feel good but that tight lean feeling nothing compares !
What are ur macros looking like wile on ur bulk 500 carbs 80-100 fat ? U stay .8-1 G protein per lb body weight year round right ?

Killed arms yesterday really trying to grow them this bulk. They're getting stretch marks which is a good sign. Did back today and felt great with mroe fats and less carbs pre workout. Loads of energy.
Just a quick fyi stretch marks can be from growing to fast but also blowing up and shrinking down, don't think that would be happening in a bulk though
Haha na it wouldn't be man. I've got stretch marks all over these 19 inch arms they look pretty rough. Just started taking growth, so hopefully it tightens things up
