You should try a place like Play it Again Sports, Dicks or a similar store that sells used gym equipement. You can find all you need there. Racks, weight sets, cardio equipement, etc.
Okay, I will be dropping the yams, bread and diary products.
But can I keep Cottage Cheese for the before bed time meal? Or should I substitute it for natural peanut butter?. Is it okay to take BCAA's before bed. Since its supposely is anti-catabolic? (from what i read). Right now im taking 20g on non workout days and 30g on workout days.
I usually don't include vegetables in my food list because i eat them at random times of the days and in different quanities. But i do eat them
My friend just started getting into weight training and stuff like that so we'll be hitting up the gym around 3-4 times a week
So i'll refrain from getting a bench for now and just use it to buy food and just for normal saving.
How do my pics look? Good base or no? I want to cut down to 10% (not in 12 weeks but a overall goal) and bulk to 175 12%. I really need to work my calves as well I just noticed they're getting flatter.
Thank god my mom has a 250cc bottle sitting around doing nothing in the kitchen of calcium citrate. I'll start taking it tonight and cutting all diary starting tommorow.
