10lbs in 1 month

That's the amount of fat I would like to lose in that time frame. Seems reasonable with enough work and effort. Here's my plan:

Training:

I use a 4 day split for weight training, Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri. I lift usually around 3pm

As for cardio, here's what I have planned. Brisk 30 minute walk first thing in the morning on Mon, Wed, Fri. On Tues and Thurs either going for a 30 minute swim or doing about 20 minutes of HIIT in the afternoon.

Diet:

Meal #1: 4 whole eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 1 scoop whey

Meal #2: 2 hamburger patties

Meal #3: 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Meal #4: Steak or chicken breast with 1 cup of a green vegetable

Meal #5: Can of tuna or a low carb protein bar

After weight training, I'll have two scoops n-large in 1/2 cup skim milk. Meals #2 and #3 are somewhat close together, that's why they're kinda small.

Estimated calories are around 2000 with only about 20-30 grams of carbs. I'll also be using clen the first two weeks and an ECA the second two.

I've based this diet off the t-dawg diet I got from t-mag. How does everything look? For my goals, what would need to be adjusted or changed?

10 in a month is a lot. Don't stray from your goals and be happy with whatever the outcome.

I just assumed 2lbs a week (8lbs month) as being reasonable which would be close enough. So is 2lbs a week too much to expect?

thats what i went for, a 2lb gain a month....been doing it for 2months and im at 6-9%bf (not totally sure) i eat like 5000cals a day. but alot more carbs then u, mostly pw. and i eat like 8times a day (i wake up middle of night for a meal also)...you need more penut butter in your diet :)

It's on the high end. The faster you try to lose, the more chance you'll be sacrificing too much lean mass along with whatever drop in bodyfat you manage to acheive. 1 or 1.5 lbs. per week is more realistic - but only you can decide what will work best.

How much do you weigh? Unless we know that, we can't comment on suitability of calorie intake.

Also, I'd say you're better off with plain whey and some dextrose following training....Nlarge is a weight gainer....needless calories on a cut IMHO....

Forgot to mention the weight, I'm at 190-192 right now, it fluctuates.

eurorides, I'm going for the exact opposite right now, cutting instead of bulking.

sorry i didnt read u were cutting, ya 10 a month is a little quick.

when i start cutting i am giving myself a good 8 weeks to lose 8-10lbs.

id drop the protein bar and add something else... it seems like you doing a keto style diet.. and the protein bar will just knock you out.... also your first meal is like 800 cals... spread that around and id even up your total calories a bit too while your at it or atleast cycle them.... anyways... good luck!!

If you are trying to lose 10 lbs, I suggest you take 2 months, if you do it one, you will probably lose more muscle than fat, why are you cutting now anyway summer is over, and winter will be here soon. I don't know where you live, but I don't bust my ass to show my six pack out in the snow.
