Hello,
My first post here. I do enjoy cardio, but 1 hour of it 3 days a week would drive me nuts. When I cut up I just do cardio 3 times per week for 30-45 minutes. My lifting routine involves super sets that burns more calories. I also incorporate 10-15 minutes of very light cardio after my workouts for a cool down. I don't think you'd need any more cardio.
proper diet + Cardio + Weights = good results for me![Smile :-) :-)](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png)
Speaking of it, I just started another cutting routine. Not really trying to lose fat, just trying to build endurance. I got bootcamp coming up in 3 months so got to prep. I weigh 195Ibs, I'm 5'8". I'm not a huge nor a small guy. Calories are around 2500; 45% carbs, 35% protein, 20% fat. Eat low glycemic carbohydrates, lean sources of protein and EFAs.
