1-AD + OXO cycle

hey all, hows it going, i am planning a summer mini cycle (heard that over 4 weeks on ad doesnt do shit anyway) and wanted opinions o wether it looks good (first time with pro hormones)

Week 1: 300mg a day
Week 2: 400mg a day
Week 3: 500mg a day
Week 4: 600mg a day
Recovery: OXO @ 500mg a day
week 2: 400mg a day
week 3: 300mg a day

So, what do you bros think, sounds about right???
 
The first week on my cycle i did 300mg and wasn't feeling it so i bumped it to 600mg the rest of the cycle and made impressive gains. All my major gains were made in weeks 1-4, 5 I still gained, but slowed and week 6 wasn't as much.

Not sure if it goes by bodyweight but I started at 180lb and the magic number for me seemed to be 600mg a day.
 
taking 1-ad over 4 weeks doesnt do anything?? That isnt true. Im on my 6th week on my mega cycle (as i like to call it) and each week after the 4 weeks i have gained 3 solid pounds per week. It doesnt sound alot but 6lbs (in last 2 weeks) of fat-free weight and still getting huge strength gains is alot.
 
hmm i counted wront, i Xed by 10 instead of 7 days in a week, so i have enough for like 5.5 weeks :) well that is good news. thx.
 
Well my major gains happened in the first 4. Sort of tapered off after that, but part of it was the fact my stomach couldn't take all the food I was shoving down it so I didn't eat quite as much as i did in the first 4
 
about how much did you guys gain in terms of muscle??? and do u still get a little bit of gains of OXO or are u stopped dead after the 1-AD?
 
I went from 180lb to 207lb. Good amount of that had to be muscle, but there was definetly water retention off the 4-ad and creatine I was also on. 2 weeks after stopping im at 200lb. Using nolva for post cycle. With the exception of legs and shrugs I haven't made any gains, and upper body has decreased strength slightly.
