1-AD...is this normal??? What is going on...

OK. Ever since I have been taking 1-AD, it seems like I have mono. I know I don't have mono, but I will all of a sudden get EXTREMELY tired, and weak, unable to focus, so I usually sleep. Then I get up and sometimes it will hit me like that 2-3 times a day. Then there will be days that I don't have that at all. Anyone else get this? What do you think Pat? Is it just that my body is growing so quick, so my body wants me to sleep all the time to recover it? Any comments are welcome. I am also taking zoloft, but was taking it before 1-AD too. I have stopped the 1-AD as of right now, cause these sleepy spells are interfering with my school work, etc. Later...

Had the same problem . . .

I just thought it was in my head. Some days, about 1.5 hours after taking a 1-AD capsule, my body would be flushed red, my eyes would suddenly become tired and I would feel like there was nothing for me to do but sleep. It really hurt my motivation to go to the gym; some days I'd feel so tired that I simply couldn't get myself to the gym! I'd just postpone the scheduled workout to the next convenient day. Of course, as of late I've been trying to run on 6 hours of sleep a day, and with school, work and the gym, that's probably not so good an idea . . . I hypothesize that while on 1-AD, like AAS, it is necessary to sleep and eat more so that your body has the resources and the time to perform its chemically enhanced (and consequently more demanding) supercompensation.

Biotest is a joke. I can't speak to the efficacy of their products, but as one person stated "If you added up all the muscle TC Luoma and Tim Patterson claimed they've gotten from taking BioTest stuff they'd be 265 and ripped." Look at the pictures they posted to refute Mike Mentzer's assertion that they look like crap and you'll see something else entirely. Admittedly, Patterson looks pretty decent. But Luoma?

The thing that I've realized about 1-AD is that it's an absolute MUST that I get at least 8 hours of sleep at night or else I'm screwed the next day. I think this stuff effects your body in reference to feeling fully refreshed, so if you short change yourself in the sleep department, taking 1-AD that morning is going to make things that much harder for you for the rest of the day. As it is, I wouldn't bother taking any supplement like 1-AD unless I knew I could get the sleep I needed. If you can't get the necessary sleep at night, then don't bother with the 1-AD until you can.

I dunno what causes this but some anabolics like anadrol give people similar feelings. Large dosages of GH definitely knock you out like that too. Not that I have ever tried any of these things myself of course......

Yes, I've noticed that I seem to be more tired when taking 1-AD, but it's unmanageable and doesn't seem to interfere with my.... uh....my......uh.....concentration.

Just kidding :-) Really, just a bit more tired during the day. It's not sudden with me, just overall fatigue. Perhaps your overwhelming fatigue, BirdUVSC, is due to an interaction with zoloft which specifically inhibits the the neuronal reuptake of serotonin. If you're messing with serotonin levels, concentration can definitely be an issue.

This seems a little wierd, but I've also noticed that while lying in bed I'll want to stretch my arms and legs more than usual and in doing so it feels really different...good different. Anyone else notice that?

Cycle update: I just finished cycle #2. 6 weeks. Up 12 lbs and significantly stronger. Total in 2 cycles, up 25 lbs and added only 2mm to lower back fat caliper measurement, 0 to navel area fat.

SILENT SURFER...

Nice results! I was wondering about the efficacy of this stuff in future cycles. I am currently in my 4th week and I'm up a solid 10lbs. My strength is increasing but not dramatically...More on some lifts than others.
