R revexrevex Guest Jul 8, 2003 #12 1/4 squats are crazy. If you do them off pins you can add double your max! When I had max of 300 on squat, I was able to 1/4 squat 500 off of pins.

Click to expand... thats what im going for. i was having trouble with my quads on the conan's wheel, and the lockout of the stones. also not having feeling in the quads for the sled drag. X
