De squats w/ red bar- 15x2@315

rev hyper-4x10

GHR-4x10 back raised on 5 board

decline abs w/ 75 pound vest- 3 sets (saw DB doing these so i thought id do them for a change. now i know what it feels like to walk around at close to 500 lbs, good thing im droppin weight)

standing abs- 4 sets

shoulder horn- 5x12

pull downs- 5x12 (with bar that looks like \_______/ )

this was a good workout today, after squats i did the rev hypers and ghr pretty fast, this got my heart rate up ALOT. first time using the red bar and i really liked it, i think its going to help my regular squat out alot, it really forced me to drive my head back into the bar, which i sometimes have problems with.
 
Hehee...I was trying to figure out why you were only squatting 1/3 of the way. I'm on medication for bronchitis...please excuse. :)

What's a red bar?
 
Yeah, Louie modified it to make the damned thing harder, along with 2x4's on the mono lift to increase band tension when using bands. Liftbig-there is a smaller 25lb vest you can add to the big vest once you get use to it.
 
lol spatts, having an off day i see:D


ill have to use the extra vest on monday, i like the vest alot better than holding plates, no more risk of castration if the weight slips.
