Warmed up with light weights to get the blood pumping through the arms i dropped weight today and focused on slow control form had a good pump as the movements went on. Felt strong as the session carried on. Finished off with 30mins on the steps had a good sweat i love seeing the sweat drop as i step you know its working.

Great update, 55’s moved easyyyyyy,Chest split up with legs machines today started off slow the body was in sleep mode as the Work out went on i got felt more energy and pump. Pek felt nice and relaxed pumping 55kgs easy now im almost ready for the 60s maybe next week ill try go heavy. The decline and incline flys i changed up my routine and went light 1st set 2nd set went heavy 3rd set finished off light makes sense to warm up the muscle, then push it to its limit then warm it down with reps. finished off today with legs extensions and hamstring curls now off to take kids park and do washing and go to work leeesgo

warmed up with stretches on mat and hanging from bar then Started off with rear delt flys pek deck was able to max out the weight today 110kgs to get the blood pumping in the delts. Ready for the superset thats about to go down. I focused more on form and control then weight this session. After the warm up sets i felt good. Felt stronger as the session went on. Felt stronger in the next movments shoulder press smashed that out then rope bulls i could feel abit of strain in my forearm from the bicep curls the day before so stopped and moved on and finished off with max shoulder shrugs db 60kgs
