Today my pek felt nice and relaxed not tight at all through the whole session i was able to rep out 10 reps of 55kg db flat bench i feel confident i can lift the 60kgs very soon we definetly on the up! up! leessgo
after flat bench went into decline flys couldnt get much reps for some reason on this one but good slow control form was good.
then i went back to hit the incline flys felt good no issues just light weight on the flys on both 30kgs dbs seems to be working safely for me focusing on flat to go heavy only at this stage.
