happy Tuesday!
i went in early today and i felt sore from the late session on monday bad idea! haha
anyways pushed on was thinking about pussying out but i decided to harden up lol
finished off my arms and legs split today will set me up for the week.
Started off with some body stretches' on the mat then i thought id ease into to some over head rope extensions to warm up followed by triceps pushdowns then some dippys! struggled on the dips today not gone lie i seem to get stronger the next set i go up start off slow off the blocks then rip into it after that i smashed my bulgy squats and finished off my hammys with seated leg curls ended up being a solid session
