hey legends!
today was finishing off legs with shoulders split
started off with some stretches on the mat with roller then went straight into Bulgarian squats i felt like smashing out the hardest excercise straight away today. warmed up with no weights 10 reps on each side then started to add weight 10kgs then pyramid up. A sigh of relief came over me its done lol the legs were on fire i switched to shoulder press slow control reps not pushing for pbs this week. once the shoulders were pumped and legs were ready for another pump i jumped on the seated leg curl for the hammys got to a good weight this week with low reps and control 75kg legs were done i finished off with rear delt fly's was a nice and controlled session.
