Leg it up for sure. That's a good alpha training session right there. @fluffy bunny I like how you warmed up to the abduction movements. I used to think they were beta when I would see people do them but I do them even now.

Hey brothers today was a split day of legs and shoulder my favourite of the week. I warmed up with some stretches for my shoulders hanging off the bar for as long as possible then went straight into leg extensions for the pump and blood flow through my body. I think i need to add more weight to the leg extension next week its becoming to easy to lift not good for growth. After my legs were on fire i went straight into my shoulder routine superset. loved the pump! after my shoulders were on fire i swapped back to seated hamstrings nice slow control sets. Once the hammys were cooked i went to shoulder shrugs and finished off with some rope pulls and rear delt flys. Good session plenty of energy felt strong today.

Happy Tuesday bros

Today i finished off my legs and arms split.
Warmed up with some leg extensions.
Then went straight into Bulgarian squats im hitting my pb every week 80 kgs.
Im happy with that atm the kegs were cooked then i went to do some dips after the dips i finished off with some vbar and overhead rope pulls

hey legends!

today was finishing off legs with shoulders split

started off with some stretches on the mat with roller then went straight into Bulgarian squats i felt like smashing out the hardest excercise straight away today. warmed up with no weights 10 reps on each side then started to add weight 10kgs then pyramid up. A sigh of relief came over me its done lol the legs were on fire i switched to shoulder press slow control reps not pushing for pbs this week. once the shoulders were pumped and legs were ready for another pump i jumped on the seated leg curl for the hammys got to a good weight this week with low reps and control 75kg legs were done i finished off with rear delt fly's was a nice and controlled session.
