First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep , and @helios Labs for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.
Sixth week of prep over and dusted now and with the rate of fat loss and how much fullness I'm maintaining I feel really good about where I stand for this prep. Standing around 14/5 weeks out from States now.
Getting up heaps earlier this week to get some extra work done on the business means my days are long and the hunger/ fatigue is a smidge more noticeable.
Training intensity is still savage. No reduction in endurance or strength.

Quads: 67.5cm (no change since last check in)
Glutes: 102cm (Down 0.5cm since last check in)

- 100g mixed berries
- 40g Whey Protein Isolate
Meals Two and Three (lunch) @ 11:00am and 4:00pm:

- 75g cooked weight rice (swapped from taties)
- 100g asparagus
- 100g Pineapple
- 100g Beetroot
- 50g carrots
- 50g pickles
- 10g walnuts
Meal five (dinner) @ 7:30pm
- 230g Turkey Mince
- 75g cooked weight rice (swapped from taties)
- 100g asparagus
- 50g carrots
- 100g asparagus
- 10g mac nuts
Pre Workout:
