Morning all!

I have logs going on other forums but will also post here!

Current stats:
108.9kg fasted as of this morning
170cm and only a few kgs off stage weight

Goal: season A 2026 bodybuilding in IFBB and a PCA show

Current priroties: Arms, Lats and waist control

Current ped stack:
250mg test e weekly
13.5iu gh daily
Training days: lantus 10iu and novo 5iu 3x day
1mg mots c training days AM
1mg ss31 training days AM
1mg reta / weekly
50mg nad+ daily am
250mcg bpc/tb500 daily pm
T4/t3 100/25
Injectable l carnitine 600mg pre fasted cardio daily
5 amino 1mq orally 1x day 50mg
100mg slupp332 split 50/50 am and pre workout
10mg cardarine am
150mg mirabegron daily am
8mg albuterol split 4/4 prewo/pre cardio
Glutathione 500mg 2x weekly
Methylene blue 10mg preworkout

My training split: push/pull/legs/rest repeat

Daily cardio is at 20 mins stairmaster 120-130bpm
Fasted daily
12k steps daily
Abs daily
Vacuums 3x day

I was cruising the 10 weeks post show then did 3 weeks at 1000 test, 60mg eq weekly and 50
Anadrol, just now back to 250mg since im wayyyy ahead of schedule i wont up anabolics again until 10 weeks out, overall feeling amazing amazing and full of energy as always, attribute this to the nutrition plan i follow and the mito stack

Plan is to titrate AAS milligrams up into show number 1, the fun stuff gets put in at around 6 weeks out

Im already quite lean so i havent got much fat to lose

Cardio has just been smashed thanks to @Helioslabs slupp33 which im doing 25mg 2xday yohimbine, 5amino1mq

First dose of caffiene today in about 20 days and boy its was ripper

Only 150mg

I reccomend you boys resensitise to all your stims once in a while and come back to them, youll actually benefit then use them only on weak bodypart days

Legs got blown tf up

@Swcc I love that you're hitting fasted daily cardio. That is a nice weapon. Also hitting your abs daily is something I agree with, and doing the stomach vacuuming is huge.

This is a heck of a layout. This cycle is amazing, you're taking so many different things. You're showing how it's done. This is a great update on your log, and you look like an absolute animal. @Swcc
 
Morning and MERRY XMAS ALL!

Big weight drop, 107.8kg this am so were definately dropping some fat off, im in 3 weeks out condition right now with 15 weeks to go 😅

This is why high tier bodybuilding rules. When you have enough muscle and take care of your health, do cardio, eat clean year round and check every single box you can walk around year round in great condition and feel amazing, as i do

Rest day today, gonna smash some prawns with the fam at lunchtime other than that routine remains exactly the same

On cardio atm, stairs, walk, stretch, morning drink and then meals 1, 2, chrissy lunch, then 4 and 5

Lunch will be protein only, likely 1kg prawn meat and a pepsi max lol
