108.9kg fasted as of this morning
170cm and only a few kgs off stage weight
Goal: season A 2026 bodybuilding in IFBB and a PCA show
Current priroties: Arms, Lats and waist control
Current ped stack:
250mg test e weekly
13.5iu gh daily
Training days: lantus 10iu and novo 5iu 3x day
1mg mots c training days AM
1mg ss31 training days AM
1mg reta / weekly
50mg nad+ daily am
250mcg bpc/tb500 daily pm
T4/t3 100/25
Injectable l carnitine 600mg pre fasted cardio daily
5 amino 1mq orally 1x day 50mg
100mg slupp332 split 50/50 am and pre workout
10mg cardarine am
150mg mirabegron daily am
8mg albuterol split 4/4 prewo/pre cardio
Glutathione 500mg 2x weekly
Methylene blue 10mg preworkout
My training split: push/pull/legs/rest repeat
Daily cardio is at 20 mins stairmaster 120-130bpm
Fasted daily
12k steps daily
Abs daily
Vacuums 3x day
I was cruising the 10 weeks post show then did 3 weeks at 1000 test, 60mg eq weekly and 50
Anadrol, just now back to 250mg since im wayyyy ahead of schedule i wont up anabolics again until 10 weeks out, overall feeling amazing amazing and full of energy as always, attribute this to the nutrition plan i follow and the mito stack
Plan is to titrate AAS milligrams up into show number 1, the fun stuff gets put in at around 6 weeks out
Im already quite lean so i havent got much fat to lose
