Update going away mid week to no service country for camp ovens and guns 💪

Hgh has got my hands feeling sort puffy not by much but can feel it. Other than that I wish I was on it sooner!

Test, Tren e, NPP mix and proviron have my chest back arms and quads feeling hard and full.

Diet hasn’t been monitored great lately, way too much sugar thanks to energy drinks!

Training yesterday started
Plank 1min x3
Push ups 16x3 why 16 did the first set and kept with it lol
Dips off bench with 10kg in lap 10x3
Lunge 15kg each side 8x3
Then 2k bike ride
@Titties looks like everything’s going great man, but HGH gets my hands all the time. Hopefully it doesn’t bother you too much.

Back from the short weekend away! Pic of dinner that I cooked for my and @Titties wife.

Marinated Bassa fillet with coriander and spring onions on a fried rice mix with a side of oven roasted broccoli 👌

Camp oven while away didn’t go to plan with fire,wind other distractions. Pic of the sun with all the fires around. Had a good 2k walk each day to the dam, got 6 blue claw that could have been a lunch but thought they could grow abit more till next trip.

fish and chicken with rice or salad all week is clean eating, nothing wrong with that at all, it keeps macros tight and digestion light bro
the kettlebell routine is solid work too, simple but effective but not enough to grow bro

@Titties kettlebells are the best kept secret in any gym. You can do a lot of cool stuff with them. And the best part of all as you can do it from home.

Agree definitely gonna add some bar exercises in aswell ( dead lifts, rows, curls)
