Thanks boss. I'll pass on the hotrox and heart attacks. I don't compete so I don't have to have a fat burner. they usually keep me wired anyway. I'm very sensative to caffeine and any other stimulant, so I usually try to stay away from them if possible.
Any word on Night charger??
I'm starting to start back into working out. I looking primarily to add lean mass and improve sports performance. I've used primarily a whey protein and glutamine post workout carb and protein shake 40grams of each, creatine and zma is the past and all have worked tremendously. I'm thinking...
the RDA of zinc is 15 mg. One can safely take up to 10 times this amount with out seeing any adverse affects. that's 150 mgs per day. See article below. I wouldn't worry about taking too much, but if any of the symptoms below occur I would lower the levels.

I would take it every day before bed to keep growth hormone levels maximized. Even on off days it is important because that's when most muscle regrowth occurs.
well first of all, I've been swimming competitively for 15 years and plain and simple the amount of anxiety I experienced before my races while taking N02 was at least twice as much as I've ever experienced before. A week after I stopped taking it, my pre-race anxiety levels were back to...
The reason one would take caffeine before a 5k is simply because it's a mental stimulant. It effectively makes you believe you have more energy. Numerous studies have shown that caffeine allows one to work out for a longer period of time. Unfortunately, studies have also shown that caffeine...
The only research that has proven increased endogenous production of testosterone is when zinc is combined with b-vitamins and magnesium in the correct ratio. Thus the creation of a plethora of brands creating supplements with zinc magnesium and aspertame(b vitamins) in approximately the same...
I would not suggest taking N02 if anyone is a competitive athelete. I'm a top college swimmer, and tried nitrix to boost my endurance. Unfortunately NO2 is responsible for a lot more than just dialating blood vessels. Before my races I became extremely anxious. My palms started sweating, my...
Pigeon-rat. Personally, I've found creatine to be a diuretic. I have to piss atleast twice before I finish a two hour workout. This could be part of the reason you're so much more thirsty when taking large doses of creatine. Additionally, creatine draws water into your muscles which reduces...
Let me know how it works out with syntrax's gluFM. I'm currently taking 5 grams of L-glutamine as part of a protein shake, and I'm trying to decide if I need to supplements with peptides as well. Any thoughts...
Veretta9, I highly suggest starting to take creatine now. I'm currently ranked top 8 in all of DIII swimming in several different events. With swimming speed and endurance are my two main concerns and both increased within a week of taking creatine. as sebass67 stated you should plan on...
Thanks
Thanks for you help. I'll stick with the creatine as it's worked very well. I'm also going to give Nitrix a try. I can get 180 caps for 32 bucks so hopefully that'll help with the creatine uptake oxygen delivery to my muscles.
