L-Glutamine - When?

I just bought and am using for the first time - EAS's L-Glutamine....(unfortunately I didn't see the one about peptides being better until after I purchased so I still need to use it up...)

I've found numerous articles online about it....but was wondering when YOU normally take it...

Seems the consensus is 3x day...morning, post-workout and before bed.

Agreed?
 
i'm interested too (i too bought L-glutamine before i heard of peptides) and am gonna bump this.
 
also how many mg do u take a day? and is it better to take it all at once or spaced a few times a day and why? thanks!
 
i would just suggest to take some post workout in your shake and before bed. Take 5 mg each serving(rounded teaspoon)
 
I've heard the most important time to take L-glutamine is before bed. If you take 3-5 grams it will increase growth hormone levels while you sleep.
 
I would take it every day before bed to keep growth hormone levels maximized. Even on off days it is important because that's when most muscle regrowth occurs.
 
Is there a better brand than GNC pro performance? this says to take it after workout (5g) and then 2 hrs later (5g)?? although i agree it makes more sense to take it b4 bed....
