L-Glutamine (Brand)

I have used ONLY the EAS and I am now on GPlenish brand. Far far far better results from gplenish. I would reccomend it to anyone.

Go with Glutamine peptides, so much better than L-Glutamine. But if you choose to go with L-Glutamine go with Syntrax's version GluFM, its all organic.

Let me know how it works out with syntrax's gluFM. I'm currently taking 5 grams of L-glutamine as part of a protein shake, and I'm trying to decide if I need to supplements with peptides as well. Any thoughts...

You would do better not to add the 5 grams of L-Glutamine to your protein shake and instead, take it before bed on an empty stomach. Freeform glutamine really isn't effective any other way.

I actually have taken L-Glutamine in capsule form (5g) after a intense leg workout and had 0 soreness. With Gplenish it reduces about 75% of the soreness. This is only one factor but I keep hearing people say the L-glutamine doesn;t do anything or does very little and that is not true at least in my case. Now the only problem with Gplenish is that it tastes awfulfull. Almost makes me wanna throw up and I have been taking it twice every other day for 3 months in a protein shake to cover the taste. I have to hold my nose. I would seriously suggest that the company that makes it add some strong flavor to try to cover up the taste because its really disgusting.
