I swim at a top DIII college and am looking for supplements to improve my speed and strength and endurance. I found these effects with creatine. Does anyone have any other supplement suggestions that are helpful to swimming sprinters.
The problem with these supplements is I hear taking caffeine inhibits the uptake of creatine. And I have had incredible performance improvements from creatine and don't want to lose any of it's effects. Thanks.

To a degree that is correct as creatine is a cell-volumizer and caffeine is a diuretic. However, drinking plenty of water is the way to off-set this ...In all seriousness, just augment your water intake to over 1-1.5 gallons per day and you should be fine...

Also, is it a good idea to take swole and creatine together?
I don't personally advise it. For one, creatine and swole are both cell-volumizers, why would you want to combine them (I think it's not worth it to combine). The additional creatine will likely be excreted...Save your money on this...
How do you respond to creatine? If you respond well to it, just stick with creatine monohydrate or micronized as it is cheaper then the other cell-volumizers
Thanks for you help. I'll stick with the creatine as it's worked very well. I'm also going to give Nitrix a try. I can get 180 caps for 32 bucks so hopefully that'll help with the creatine uptake oxygen delivery to my muscles.
Har, har, har...I see you're choosing NOZ as you're a native of Canada, eh? HAHA...NOZ is also a great product. The top four rated cell-volumizers outside of creatine are, IMO:
