How much would HGH at say 2 iu daily for 5 mos or so do towards healing a torn meniscus without having surgery?

If you need surgery get it done bro.
I don't think HGH is going to heal a torn meniscus.

I had an mri last night. Popped the disc in when i got home. Spent a few hours looking at MRI's like mine online with descriptions and explanations. I can totally see the tear on mine. Its the exact same thing I did to my left knee 14 years ago. Basically its a small stability issue now. The other one healed itself in like 6 mos. I am getting the best athletic don joy money can buy tomorrow morning(same one I have for my left knee) . If the brace fixes the stability issue then I will likely put the surgery off. When the other one was injured and I wore a brace it was g2g. If its questionable though I will opt for surgurey asap. I will be getting back in the ring tomorrow afternoon so i will find out very soon.
No, its torn. That was diagnosed last week. But the MRI was yesterday and the follow up is next monday.
its on the outside which is called the "red zone" which means it gets the most blood flow and will heal much quicker. The only thing surgically they can really do is clean the tear up. SHe told me if i didnt aggravate it it would heal in 6 months. I assumed the HGH (dont know if I can pull it off yet $$ ) would aid in a quicker recovery and wouldnt hurt a few other nagging areas either.
My sports ortho twisted my knee in every imaginable direction and couldnt make it give out. Today is the first day actually since that, that alot of fluid is gone, swelling is way way down and it feels really good. I'm standing here jumping up and down on it.
Its been getting better and better over the last week. I slept for 12 hours last night and noticed a dramatic improvement today. Theres still a little pressure when climbing stairs but nothing like it was. Its all a big flashback to when I did it to my other knee. Exact same tear in the exact same spot.
Im not a dr but i had a torn meniscus in my left knee. had surgery and was walkin fine the next day, it was a little stiff tho. My surgery was minor. The surgeon mad two 1/2inch slits, one for a small camera to see and one for the cutting. I didnt think meniscus could heal since it is like cartalige and once its gone, its gone or in our cases torn is torn. I havent had any trouble since the surgery but before the surgery, it would give out daily
