Been in a growth phase for about 12 weeks
Current Diet:
Cals 3800
Protein 256g
Carbs 460g
Fats 80g
Week to week the fats are dropped and carbs are raised depending on body's response
Meal 1
4 slices of gluten free bread
100 grams of egg whites
2 whole eggs
80 grams avocado
Meal 2
120 grams greek yoghurt
35 grams whey isolate
100 grams banana
100 grams mixed berries
Meal 3
200 grams chicken breast
50 grams green beans
50 grams beetroot
50 grams pineapple
100 grams white rice
Meal 4 (pre workout)
150 grams rice flour
100 grams banana
30 grams 85% dark chocolate
35 grams whey isolate
20 grams honey
5 grams lite salt
Intra workout
700mls coconut water
20grams HBCD
Meal 5
250 grams lean ground beef
100 grams white rice
100 grams green beans
100 grams pineapple
Water Intake:
6L may up this depending on next set of bloods which is due in 2 weeks after adding EQ into the mix

Daily 14mg EQ
Daily 50mg Anadrol currently week 2 of 3 week to see how liver handles it being my first time using an oral compound
Daily 2.5mg GHKCU
1.5mg Reta weekly used for lipids

Medibolic Heart, Kidney and Liver supps

Push, Pull, Legs, Shoulders, Push /Pull, Legs
Which is tracked by Kahuna I'll attach screenshots of each workout
Yes its a 6 day split however I do it on a rotating basis so I generally have a day off after one of the bigger sessions like between pull and legs etc
Cardio:
Min 10k steps during the week, weekends min 15k
2 to 4 zone 2 sessions of 20 minutes
2 sauna sessions
Health Stats:
BP average before anadrol including eq 95/60
Anadrol 105/65
RHR 70s
Blood Glucose 5.0 awaiting arrival of blood glucose supps
Goal:
Compete in 2027 season c mens physique
