Starting weight 130kg
End of cut 76kg

Been in a growth phase for about 12 weeks

Current Diet:
Cals 3800
Protein 256g
Carbs 460g
Fats 80g
Week to week the fats are dropped and carbs are raised depending on body's response

Meal 1
4 slices of gluten free bread
100 grams of egg whites
2 whole eggs
80 grams avocado

Meal 2
120 grams greek yoghurt
35 grams whey isolate
100 grams banana
100 grams mixed berries

Meal 3
200 grams chicken breast
50 grams green beans
50 grams beetroot
50 grams pineapple
100 grams white rice

Meal 4 (pre workout)
150 grams rice flour
100 grams banana
30 grams 85% dark chocolate
35 grams whey isolate
20 grams honey
5 grams lite salt

Intra workout
700mls coconut water
20grams HBCD

Meal 5

250 grams lean ground beef
100 grams white rice
100 grams green beans
100 grams pineapple

Water Intake:
6L may up this depending on next set of bloods which is due in 2 weeks after adding EQ into the mix

Daily 50mg Anadrol currently week 2 of 3 week to see how liver handles it being my first time using an oral compound

Yes its a 6 day split however I do it on a rotating basis so I generally have a day off after one of the bigger sessions like between pull and legs etc

Cardio:
Min 10k steps during the week, weekends min 15k
2 to 4 zone 2 sessions of 20 minutes
2 sauna sessions

Health Stats:
BP average before anadrol including eq 95/60
Anadrol 105/65
RHR 70s
Blood Glucose 5.0 awaiting arrival of blood glucose supps

Goal:
Compete in 2027 season c mens physique

Jesus what a transformation from the first pic brother

At first glance i saw the AAS doses and was like WTF then realized it said daily

Keen to see your journey
Thanks brother and yeah its been a journey but I wouldnt change it for anything and damn if i could do it on that low id be ronnie in no time haha. Most of that transformation was done on 125mg then December last year I went up to 160mg, then just before the start of my growth phase I went up to 250mg, then 4 weeks ago EQ was added

Implementing his Test E, Eq and Reta at my current protocol amounts

Workout: Push

I feel my miltary press is quite weak compared to my other lifts so its a focus of mine to bring that up this growth phase

Did however hit some PRs which currently I attest to the addition of anadrol when it doesn't cause a complete lockout of movement due to the pump

Current steps:

However heading to do my friday night walk so will end up around 15k

Morning Weight:
85.3kg

Sleep: 6 hrs 50 mins
Sleep tracker tracked it as 98% efficiency with mid to high range reference of REM, Deep and Light
RHR: 68
BP: 109/67

Sometimes feels like not much has changed
I know that feeling. Then 3 months down the track, you’ll look back at those progress photos and think to yourself “wow, I actually had made the prgoress! How did I not see that?”

I did just that last night 🤣

Need to make an update to the support stack as I forgot to add DIM.

Workout:
Pull
Decided to take it back to my high school days and train at my old gym that I haven't been to in almost 20 years

Ignore the note of right elbow playing up that was from previous workout

10 minutes elliptical heart rate 120bpm after workout

Sauna:
Not today will be done tomorrow

Current steps:
15334 don't believe that counted the elliptical cardio

Morning Weight:

A low for the week however on overall average I'm up 1.2kg

Sleep:
5hrs 50 minutes not happy with time but I stayed up late trying to sleep in as im usually up at 4am during the week

BP:
99/65 I think I've nailed my sodium and potassium balance and will maintain that. Pretty incredible with two bp raising compounds in my opinion
