Hey guys, i've been a big runner for the past 8 years. Trying to fit all that in whilst bodybuilding hasn't been easy. Got back into the gym after a few years and it's been really enjoyable. I was actually prescribed TRT 1 year ago. Luckily i've found this forum and evo, some amazing sources. Not only for AAS but for hair and skin too (check out my other skin/hair log)

My goal is to stay lean and grow. Focus on getting as strong as i can.

Shoutout to @IRONCLAD LABS and @Infinity Labs , this log isnt sponsored but i've bought products from the two of these gentlemen.

Age: 27
Height: 184 cm
Weight: 75kg
