Prymal is going to support me on the next step in my weight loss journey. My goal is moving from 110kg to 95kg over 4-5 months, hopefully getting some good quality muscle while im doing it!
I originally started at 122.6kg just under 3 months ago.

My workouts are based around high repetitions 20-25 reps per workout (exceptions with compound movements) and I run a Push, Pull, Legs, Push, Pull, Legs, Rest split. Which is what Ronnie Coleman did lol all days I try to get on the treadmill for atleast 30 minutes and look to get in atleast 10000 steps a day.
Today’s workout
Front Squat 80kg x 5 3 sets
Hack Squat BW+120kg x 10 3 sets
Leg Extensions 82kg x 20 3sets
Leg Curls 40kg x 20 3 sets
Treadmill 30 minutes 5kmph (the treadmill is upstairs it was so messy getting up there lol)
