Hello everyone!

Thanks for having me here! I’m excited to connect with some of the members and get extra support heading into this competition season.

A Bit About Me

I’m a full-time online bodybuilding coach in my mid to later 20's, and have competed a few times in the past — most recently in 2022. Unfortunately, I had to take an extended break from the stage, but after a long off-season, I’m finally making my return!

Right now, I’m officially 15 weeks out (as of last Saturday) and fully into prep. Big shoutout to @Raptor Labs , the absolute legend, for sponsoring my supplementation into this year’s show — extremely grateful for the support heading into this prep!

Training & Background

  • Training since 2014, bodybuilding seriously since 2018
  • Coaching since 2021 (with a short break in 2023 due to personal setbacks that took me out of training for about 6 months)
  • Back fully locked in since October 2023
  • Weight progression: 111kg (Oct 2023) → 141.1kg fasted (Jan 2025)
  • Currently sitting at 138.2kg (fasted) as of this week’s check-in

Current PED Stack

  • 600mg Testosterone Enanthate
  • 700mg Equipoise (Boldenone Undecylenate)
  • 1200mg Primobolan Enanthate
Supportive compounds:

  • 10iu Lantus Insulin (AM)
  • 10iu Rapid Insulin (Pre-training only)
  • 5iu HGH (AM)
  • 40mcg Clenbuterol (AM)
  • Aromasin used as needed (currently managing with 12.5mg dosed daily)

Current Nutrition

Training Days

  • 5005 kcal
  • 310g Protein
  • 750g Carbohydrates
  • 85g Fat
Rest Days

  • 4760 kcal
  • 310g Protein
  • 700g Carbohydrates
  • 80g Fat
Still holding a decent amount of food in but making small refinements as digestion, energy, and fullness continue to improve. Appetite is coming up and I’m managing to get through meals much more comfortably than in the peak off-season where I got up to 7,600+ calories 330 protein, 1260 carb and 150 fat.

Cardio & Activity

  • Fasted cardio: 105 minutes per week (15 minutes every morning)
  • Steps: 6,000 daily

Training Split

  • Monday: Legs & Delts
  • Tuesday: Chest & Arms
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Pull
  • Friday: Chest & Triceps
  • Saturday: Delts & Biceps
  • Sunday: Rest
Training has been next-level lately — pumps are insane, strength is progressing week to week, and I’m just feeling more locked in and explosive session to session.

Competition Goals

I’m aiming to compete in Season C IFBB Pro League Australia, leading into Nationals.

Progress Photos & Reference

Will be first uploading check-in pics from this week at 138.2kg (304lbs) along with shots from October 2022, a couple days out from where I competed at 100.6kg (221lbs)

Final Thoughts

This sport is what I live for. I love the structure, the challenge, and especially the opportunity to share and learn with other serious lifters and competitors. If you have any questions, want to discuss protocols, or just follow the log — I'm here for all of it. Excited for what’s ahead.

Let’s fkn go.

@PassiveHulk You are looking really good on this. I think you have the genetics and the discipline, to definitely have a successful competition coming up. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of results you get.

@PassiveHulk man you’re awesome. Killer physique

Check-In Update – 14 Weeks Out Powered By @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Still seeing major increases in vascularity, especially post-training or after a hot shower — which is pretty wild considering I’m still holding a decent amount of fat. Visual changes are happening fast right now. Whether it’s the drop in food, the addition of Driven Nutrition’s 5-Amino-1MQ, or a mix of both, body fat is falling off noticeably. Check-in photos are uploaded below along with a few casual shots from the last few days.

Fasted weight is now at 138.1kg, holding fairly steady — but composition is shifting hard. Starting to feel a bit hungry between meals now, which feels amazing after three years of choking meals down day after day. Appetite is in a great spot, and food is still digesting comfortably.

Cardio & Activity

  • Cardio: 140 minutes/week
→ Split into 20 minutes fasted daily on the bike
  • Steps: Minimum of 6,000 per day

Training Split

Feeling unreal in the gym — training intensity is sky high, pumps are next level, and progression is still coming week to week. Muscular control and power are improving by the day.

  • Monday: Legs & Delts
  • Tuesday: Chest & Arms
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Pull
  • Friday: Chest & Triceps
  • Saturday: Delts & Biceps
  • Sunday: Rest

Nutrition Update

Food was pulled back again this week to push further fat loss. Meals are still easy to get in, and I’m actually enjoying a bit of hunger between meals for the first time in years.

Training Days (TD)

  • 4805 kcal
  • 310g Protein
  • 700g Carbohydrates
  • 85g Fat

Non-Training Days (NTD)

  • 4460 kcal
  • 310g Protein
  • 625g Carbohydrates
  • 80g Fat

PEDs – Current Stack

PED load is still fairly high even after the reduction a few weeks ago and working extremely well. Rapid insulin has now been dropped, and things continue to tighten up. No estrogen-related symptoms this week.

  • Testosterone Enanthate – 600mg/week
  • Primobolan Enanthate – 1200mg/week
  • Equipoise – 700mg/week (still building)
  • HGH – 5IU AM
  • Lantus Insulin – 10IU AM only (no pre-training rapid insulin anymore)
  • Clenbuterol – 40mcg AM
  • Aromasin – 12.5mg daily PM
  • 5-Amino-1MQ – x2 50mg capsules split in the day (Driven Nutrition)
  • All AAS are pinned daily for blood plasma stability and better management of oil volume and side effects

Current Weight: 138.1kg (fasted)

Weight is stable, but I’m visually leaner and tighter week to week. Waist is coming in, fullness is holding, and the skin is starting to thin out in a few areas. Still 14 weeks to go and feeling right on schedule.

Check-in photos uploaded below.

Still seeing massive increases in vascularity, and now things have really kicked into gear — I’m feeling absolutely fantastic this week. Every day my waist looks tighter, digestion has drastically improved, and my body just feels more responsive overall. Pumps are up, my heart and lungs aren’t fighting me during basic movement, and cardio is getting noticeably easier. Blood pressure is also improving slightly, and the best part — nausea has finally started to ease (more on that below).

Even though I’m losing a little fullness from fat loss, the balance is perfect — visually I’m getting sharper, tighter, and more complete without sacrificing size in photos.

Mindset & Progress Reflections

This week has been big not just physically, but mentally. As I see fat come off and continue to assess my structure, it’s the first time I’ve genuinely felt excited about what I’ve built. My physique feels proportionate, symmetry is dramatically improved, and I’m not seeing glaring gaps anymore. It feels like I’ve reached a point where, to be competitive, it’s just about systemic growth across the board — not chasing weaknesses. That’s a huge mindset shift for me, and honestly motivating as hell for the next 3–10 years of chasing a pro career in bodybuilding.

Cardio & Activity

  • Cardio: 140 minutes/week
    20 minutes fasted daily
  • Steps: Minimum of 6,000 daily

Training Split

Performance is great — fullness is solid in the gym, progression still coming, and quad pumps are ridiculous (to the point I walk around like I’ve had a dildo up my ass for 20 minutes after bike cardio… but it’s all part of the process).

  • Monday: Legs & Delts
  • Tuesday: Chest & Arms
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Pull
  • Friday: Chest & Triceps
  • Saturday: Delts & Biceps
  • Sunday: Rest

Nutrition Update

Food has been reduced again and I’m dropping fat FAST with these changes — new low of 134.7kg already showing on the scale after implementing this on Saturday. Appetite is better now that nausea has improved and digestion feels consistently smooth.

Training Days (TD)

  • 4515 kcal
  • 310g Protein
  • 650g Carbohydrates
  • 75g Fat

Non-Training Days (NTD)

  • 4155 kcal
  • 310g Protein
  • 560g Carbohydrates
  • 75g Fat

PEDs – Current Stack

The only change this week is the removal of insulin — which has made a huge difference to nausea I’ve been struggling with for weeks. Blood glucose is still in range without it, so I’m thinking this might’ve been a contributor for a while. Anybody have any thoughts on why this might be the case? Curious to hear if anybody has an insight I haven't thought of.

  • Testosterone Enanthate – 600mg/week
  • Primobolan Enanthate – 1200mg/week
  • Equipoise – 700mg/week
  • HGH – 6IU (from 5iu but now split 4iu pre fasted cardio and 2iu pre bed)
  • Clenbuterol – 60mcg AM (increased from 40)
  • Aromasin – 12.5mg daily
  • BPC-157 – 1mg daily
  • TB500 – 1mg, 3x per week
(BPC and TB added to support inflammation and ankle healing)
  • All AAS pinned daily to manage side effects and oil load
  • Insulin (Rapid + Lantus) – Fully removed
    (nausea significantly improved post-removal)

Current Weight:

  • 136.6kg (check-in photos on Friday)
  • New low of 134.7kg (as of Tuesday AM, post-nutritional changes started on Saturday)
Photos uploaded below from my Friday morning check in and a little thot pic added from post push on Friday afternoon.

Check-In Update – 13 Weeks Out

Powered by and looked after by @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep

  • 4515 kcal

2️⃣ the more evident and blairining obvious - you look fucking insaine dude, 13 weeks to peel away I’m beyond excited to see the condition - esp after that epic back shot from old show

Thank you big bossman, only possible because of what you and the team do 💕

outstanding update, covers it all.(y)
Thank you my dear friend xx

@PassiveHulk Beautiful job on this update that certainly is a massive stack that you put together.
I like that, you're running the peptides to help out with the recovery as well. You look, fantastic and your pictures. Thank you for that.
Thank you for the kind words legend, I love BPC particularly (first time running tb500 I don't have much to share on it as of yet) that stuff fixes my bloodwork, joints and little injuries so well every single time.

bros bpc and tb a good mix. good for repair/recovery

clen increase let us know if you feel sides. that a strong cycle dayum

@PassiveHulk
So far I feel great on this clen dose, I've run up to 120mcg in the past and tolerated it pretty well - in saying that, my sleep wasn't great but that was multifactorial and more the tren than the clen haha - so at 60 I was slightly jittery in the hands first few days but has settled down again

your pictures look great man! proud of you for real
the cycle is on point too. that is the way it is done!

@PassiveHulk
Thank you so much man! Feeling great!

you look really good for 13 weeks out bro
but i think you gotat cut the eq and primo already you close to the show start prepping hard
I will follow and do exactly as the coach says, all AAS accrete protein at the same rate and these are helping me control e2 being someone who is extremely sensitive to aromatase activity these must stay in until test drops but we are looking to include anavar and tren into the cycle soon!

@PassiveHulk bro dayum you gotta jack up that primo dose to 1200mgs lol. this is why i say use tren. you only need 1/4 of that for tren for same effects
But think about it for a second, I can use 1200mgs of primo, feel awesome, grow incredibly well and not skew my bloodwork at all (ran 1200mg primo for 30 weeks last year and my bloodwork was better at the end than when I started and I gained 24kg) or run 300mgs of tren, toast my already not amazing kidneys due to higher BP, risk prolactin related issues, sleep like total shit and want to rip every cunts face off that looks at me funny.... I'll stick to the primo, all day every day

@PassiveHulk Looking strong bro.....nice work.........

@PassiveHulk very nice update and physique pictures

@PassiveHulk you are looking great on this man
clen is solid on this dose if you feel good and can tolerate it.
A lot of people get a lot of bad side effects.
Thank you bro! I feel great on it tbh, some people don't tolerate that CNS activation well but I am so relaxed all the time it honestly makes me feel great haha

U look incredible brother much respect 🙏 💪
Thank you kindly my friend!

Check-In Update – 12 Weeks Out @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Still seeing continued improvements across the board. This week I’ve dropped to a fasted check-in weight of 135.1kg on Friday, with a new low of 134.0kg hit this morning after updated nutrition changes kicked in yesterday.

Body composition is visibly improving day by day, waist is coming in tighter, and although I’m starting to flatten out slightly (both physically and emotionally), conditioning is progressing beautifully and gym performance is still absolutely wild.

Progress Reflections

Not too many deep thoughts this week — I feel good, but noticeably flatter. Hunger has eased off a little, and emotionally I’ve just felt a little down. Sex drive has dropped off, which I noticed even before pulling test down, so I’m a little wary of the further drop this week. That said, tren usually gives me a lift, so we’ll see what happens there as I titrate it up.

Training is still absolutely flying. Every lift is progressing session to session. I genuinely think the EQ is making a major difference here — feeling like an animal in the gym with strong, stable, pumped-out sessions. Easily the most consistent strength progression phase I’ve ever experienced.

Cardio & Activity

  • Cardio: 175 minutes/week
    25 minutes fasted daily
  • Steps: 6,000+ daily (average around 7,200 most days)

Training Split

  • Monday: Legs & Delts
  • Tuesday: Chest & Arms
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Pull
  • Friday: Chest & Triceps
  • Saturday: Delts & Biceps
  • Sunday: Rest

Nutrition Update

Further food drop this week to keep fat loss rolling — appetite still decent, but manageable. Fat is coming off fast and body is responding predictably.

Training Days (TD)

  • 4315 kcal
  • 310g Protein
  • 600g Carbohydrates
  • 75g Fat

Non-Training Days (NTD)

  • 3955 kcal
  • 310g Protein
  • 510g Carbohydrates
  • 75g Fat

PEDs – Current Stack

Couple of key changes this week — Test has been reduced slightly to create space for Tren and Anavar when they’re in at full doses. Starting a low Tren base now to gauge response and adjust upward. Also adding MOTS-c later this week — very curious to trial it after seeing impressive effects on fat loss in people close to me.

  • Testosterone Enanthate – 500mg/week (dropped from 600mg)
  • Primobolan Enanthate – 1200mg/week
  • Equipoise – 700mg/week
  • Trenbolone Acetate – 70mg/week (10mg daily, just added, @BodyMonster34 I know you'll be upset it's so little but at least it's in now ;))
  • HGH – 6IU/day (split 4IU AM + 2IU pre-training)
  • Clenbuterol – 60mcg AM
  • Aromasin – 12.5mg daily
  • BPC-157 – 1mg daily
  • TB500 – 1mg, 3x per week
  • MOTS-c – being introduced later this week (fat loss trial)
  • All AAS still pinned daily to manage oil volume and stability
  • Insulin – removed fully

Current Weight:

  • 135.1kg fasted (Friday check-in)
  • 134.0kg new low this morning (post-nutritional changes)

Looking sharp, man — awesome to see you back at it! Big numbers all around and clearly locked in. Subbed to follow the journey - let’s fkn go 🔥👊

i would still eventually transition to the GLP1's
I will I reckon closer to the show when hunger starts creeping hard and affecting my sleep, looking at some retatrutide. My biggest issue last prep was sleeping as I would wake up multiple times throughout the night due to hunger so gonna make sure that stays unnafected

looking mean brother, are you now an EQ lover?
I really am now hahaha it's my favourite behind primo, depending how it affects bloodwork it could be my favourite as tbh I think I prefer the feeling on it than what I do with primo, definitely stronger and fuller

The count down is on! :devilish:
you made @BodyMonster34 proud bro, Tren the world!

ohh hello EQ :eyes:
Hell yeah sir hahahaha

Looking good bro! I like your plan and layout
Thank you brother!

can't wait to rub our abs together when we are peeled @PassiveHulk
only if we can rub our shrivelled... wait a second maybe not here

Thank you mate! Very locked in and excited to see it through into this competitive season! Thank you so much bro! I appreciate the support!

the reta doesn't cause hypo or appetite issues like that

the reta doesn't cause hypo or appetite issues like that
I was speaking about reducing appetite with the reta to enable me to sleep better, when I get deep into a deficit, the hunger causes disruptions in sleep for me. It also can be a reason for hypos if you are extremely insulin sensitive, eat a high carb low fat meal and cause a large insulin response, it's unusual but can definitely happen

Keep me posted on the MOTS-C , really curious to see how you go with it brother. I find its effect on my mental clarity and energy throughout the day is something worth noting. Would be interested to know if it does something similar for yourself alongside the fat loss aspect.

yes it can happen in extreme situations
but i read a study on it with 20000 people where 0 of them had hypo issues but i guess they had their diets monitored

Will do brother, have honestly already only 4 days in, I feel a lot more alert and have a lot more go in me mentally, work has become a bit easier already hahaha. And definitely alongside the big food drop I'm about to update everyone on I am seeing much faster fat loss

yes it can happen in extreme situations

It would be extremely unlikely to occur in a group of regular people but like you've said they would definitely have their diets monitored and they would not be calorically restrictive like we as bodybuilders would be during a diet phase or prep where we're most likely to utilise the compound also

Check-In Update – 11 Weeks Out @Raptor Labs With The Best Gains Sauce Out @Raptor Rep

Food has had a decent drop this week, and the difference in adipose tissue between Saturday’s check-in and now is huge. I’ve noticed an increase in hunger, and I’m beginning to really look forward to my next meal, been having some mad cravings for a proper Indian butter chicken and some soft, voluptuous naan bread 😂

Other than that, food focus is minimal and I’m not obsessing or fixating on anything else. A few small meal plan adjustments to accommodate the updated macros and honestly loving it.

Progress Reflections

Clen has been bumped to 80mcg, and MOTS-C has gone in this week at 5mg Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday (I did my first dose on Saturday instead of Friday). Since then I’ve noticed increased energy, better mental clarity, sweat output is up, and interestingly, pumps are fuller and denser as well.

I’ve also started trialling 10mg Methylene Blue and Dopa Drive from @Driven_nutrition in the mornings and with all these little adjustments combined, I’m feeling a real difference in day-to-day energy and drive.

I’m really beginning to feel like a bodybuilder, the look is coming along, all lifts are still progressing, and I genuinely feel like I’m continuing to grow each week. This is the best I’ve felt about the way I look in a long time, and it’s an awesome feeling.

Not that I ever struggled massively with body dysmorphia (just as much as the next gym rat on gear hahaha), but I’m now able to objectively look at photos and feel genuinely proud and happy with the tissue I’ve accrued over the last couple of years, and more importantly, where we’ve managed to put it.

Cardio & Activity

  • Cardio: 175 minutes/week
    25 minutes fasted daily
  • Steps: 8,000 daily
  • BPC/TB500 still in to manage lingering ankle inflammation and liver health

Training Split

  • Monday: Legs & Delts
  • Tuesday: Chest & Arms

Not that I ever struggled massively with body dysmorphia (just as much as the next gym rat on gear hahaha), but I’m now able to objectively look at photos and feel genuinely proud and happy with the tissue I’ve accrued over the last couple of years, and more importantly, where we’ve managed to put it.

11 Weeks Out – Yesterdays Leg Day Training Log Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Adductors (Shortened Range Bias)

  • Full stack + 2.5kg
  • Black band wrapped around the base + 2.5kg handle to increase peak tension
  • Top Sets:
     • 1 x 9
     • 1 x 8

Lying Unilateral Hamstring Curl

  • 39kg x 16

Seated Hamstring Curl

  • 131kg x 15
  • 131kg x 10

Leg Press (Shortened Range Bias)

  • 7 20kg plates per side + thick green band
  • 1 x 17

Belt Squat

  • 3.5 20kg plates per side
  • 1 x 10

Leg Extension (Shortened Range Bias)

  • 145kg + purple band
  • 1 x 15

Leg Extension (Standard Load)

  • 145kg
  • 1 x 12

Warmup & Feeder Set Structure

For the first working set of each exercise:
• 3–4 feeder sets
• Escalating loads: typically 1 x 8, 1 x 3, 1 x 1, 1 x 1
• All sets performed with adequate RIR (reps in reserve)
• Resting 1–3 minutes between feeders

The goal here is to progressively expose the soft tissue to the working load with just enough volume to prime the movement, not accumulate unnecessary fatigue.

Training Philosophy

This style of low volume, ultra high intensity training is what I love most and has kept me relatively injury-free while still allowing me to make aggressive progressions in load.

Every top set is taken to genuine 0 RIR, true RPE 10, with most sets sitting slightly higher in the 10–20 rep range, as I tend to tear shit if I go too low in reps 😂

Keeping volume low and recoverable has easily been the best approach for my body and progress.

Here are some thot pics post my push day today (I died on legs yesterday and just crawled to my car and home to the couch but will upload some leg pump pics next week)

@PassiveHulk 1200 mg of Primo sounds like an awesome cycle. We used to jack up that those back in the 90s. Then a lot of guys started to get away from Primo. It was way too expensive in those days.

@PassiveHulk looking absolutely jacked bro!

@PassiveHulk your HUGE BRO! like real big and tearing up the size getting bigger very impressive
Thank you so much brother! Keen to peel back all the layers and see how it looks!

Pics great. But go a little closer / cropped
Will do mate my apologies!

@PassiveHulk
PED's list is incredible man
you put together a helluva stack
i like that you removed the slin for now
Haha thank you brother yes it's the most extensive I've ever run, been interesting to use more peptides and supporting compounds and to see how effective it all is together

@PassiveHulk your pictures you Look fantastic man. Very impressive job. I can't wait to see how fast you improve on this. It's a heck of a cycle, you put together.
Thank you brother! I really appreciate it, I am also keen to continue progressing! It should hopefully be a pretty decent end result!

@PassiveHulk 1200 mg of Primo sounds like an awesome cycle. We used to jack up that those back in the 90s. Then a lot of guys started to get away from Primo. It was way too expensive in those days.
Man it is such a phenomenal compound! My favourite of all time, although EQ honestly is probably overtaking that current, I love how I feel on the EQ in the gym. Strength and pumps still getting better than ever on much lower calories

fuck me you're looking ridiculous brother
Thank you so much sir! A massive thank you to you and the team 💪

@PassiveHulk bro you looking really good on this!
pushing some good steroids.
tren dose low though. i hope that a typo you and meant 700 and not 70 lol
Haha thank you brother! HAHAHA unfortunately not, just 70mg for now and probably for awhile, can't tolerate the stuff very well :(

Looking killer 💪
Thank you mate!

clen and MOTS seem to be working well for you
Your physique is fantastic.
are you going to bring back the slin since you are on a high amount of hgh?
@PassiveHulk
Thank you so much! Very happy how they are working
No need to, I have remained extremely insulin sensitive, BG is measured regularly and in a very good spot

@PassiveHulk looking really good man! REALLY GOOD!

i like the cycle. EQ, primo and test are great together. adding the tren is icing on the cake.
Thank you so much bro! Very happy with the current look and I could not agree more, I am absolutely loving this combination

9.5 Weeks Out Update! Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Feeling a little under the weather this week unfortunately, with some serious personal stuff cropping up last week that’s thrown a bit of a spanner in the works. Stress has definitely been elevated and managing that has been a bit of a challenge, but all in all I’m still feeling positive — things are tracking in the right direction.

Had my check-in with the coach over the weekend and he’s extremely happy with where we’re at. He’s stoked with the amount of tissue density we’ve been able to build over the past few years, and reckons we’ll be about 120kg on stage, which would mean roughly 20kg of stage weight added in 3 years — and that’s even with a solid 7-month break away from bodybuilding and PEDs during that time. So I’m very happy with that response.

Body fat loss hadn’t quite been moving at the rate we wanted and weight had been a bit sticky the past couple of weeks, so he made another big calorie drop from Saturday, and my body is responding incredibly well. New macros are now:

  • Training Days: 3580 cals — 310 protein, 450 carb, 60 fat
  • Non-Training Days: 3380 cals — 310 protein, 400 carb, 60 fat
We’ve also introduced another 20mcg of clen, taking it up to 80mcg total. I’m handling it well with minimal side effects — honestly I love clen and how it makes me feel, even on the higher doses. Besides that, no other drug changes this week, so everything as it was in last update. I am absolutely loving the 15mg of MOTS-C per week. Since adding it in, fat loss has accelerated massively, energy and focus have been phenomenal, and fatigue is still very low.

These photos are from yesterday, and I’ve already seen a big 2kg drop since check-ins on Saturday, so I’m extremely happy with how the look is progressing. Training performance keeps climbing, I’m feeling incredible in the gym, and my posing has become way easier as my cardiovascular capacity improves and I’m leaning out, makes getting into poses so much more ergonomic.

Annoying setback

Unfortunately, just yesterday afternoon I managed to pull or slightly tear my left pec while training chest. It’s the same side I’ve repeatedly pulled/torn over the past 18–24 months, always on incline chest movements. Honestly, it fucking sucks for lack of a better term. It’s unbelievably frustrating because every time I get strong, things are progressing well, and my chest is starting to really improve — I tear it.

I’m always super careful and thorough with my warmups, I’m not stiff or rigid through the pecs or shoulders at all, everything feels fantastic right up until it happens — always a couple of reps in, then I feel a pop, followed by that pulling sensation and a sharp pain right in the corner of my pec.

It only happens on incline movements and has probably happened at least 4–7 times in the past two years, setting me back months in push training every single time. It’s driving me nuts how consistent it is. Had absolutely no help from physios figuring out the root cause either, so at this point I’m honestly desperate — if anyone has any ideas, I’d love to hear them.

Overall

Besides that, I’m feeling great and still super keen to keep cracking on!

Fire as always bro - hope the pec clears as quick as possible my brother

amazing body at 9 weeks out bro @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep
that side chest amazing that back thick and arms huge really good
but PULL left pec? how bad is it?
Thank you so much bro! Keen to keep peeling back the layers but I appreciate the support!
I'm still not 100% certain, I don't think it's too bad but will be able to tell in a week or so to see if I can do any flat or decline movements to shift enough load off the upper pec, it feels very close to the shoulder joint and rotator cuff, if it gets worse than it is now I'll get a scan done

Thank you legend! As do I brother, the magic sauce - BPC from @Raptor Labs - went in again tonight right into the pec and will be running 1mg every day for the next couple weeks and just hopefully get it back quick!

9 Weeks Out — Pull Day powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Panatta High to Low Row

  • 85kg each side x 13
T-Bar Row

  • 100kg x 6 (8 last week, first regression this prep )
  • 80kg x 12
Panatta Low Iso Lat Row

  • 100kg each side x 9
Lat Pulldown

  • 75 x 13 (3 sec eccentrics, minor pause in peak stretch & contraction)
Isolateral Preacher Curl Machine
(going light here just to be safe, little bruising still on the bicep after the pec pull)

  • 20 x 16
  • 20 x 14

Felt solid overall, definitely still strong and moving well despite the slight regression on the T-bar (which was bound to happen at some point given how much progression I've taken in this session every week for months now). Back was absolutely lit up by the end, and managed to get some good quality work in while being smart with the bicep work. Happy with where other training is at this week despite the pec pull.
