Food has stayed the same this week.
Blood pressure was a bit high at the start of this new cycle 140/68. Coach said that was max normal but still added 40mg telmisartan daily. This morning it was 121/68 which is a big improvement. Everything seems to be ticking along nicely. First time using raptor oils, orals and gh and I can’t fault them. Feeling really good on them. They truely are top of the game.
