I’ve been training for about 6 or 7 months and so far I’ve made good gains in my lower body
wondering what are some fast ways I can build up my upper body specifically my arms? I have really skinny arms and my lower body is very thick and strong so there’s definitely an imbalance I don’t know what I’m doing wrong
