Yeah I’m going to change my split. I’m going to TRY and go back to 6x a week. This Sunday is my last big test for a while at school.
  • Friday - deadlifts hams posterior chain abs
  • Saturday - chest
  • Sunday - back and cardio
  • Monday - quads front legs abs
  • Tuesday - shoulders and chest
  • Wednesday - arms and cardio
  • Thursday - off

Which days would you recommend I do cardio on?

I’ve been doing chest 2x a week thus far and no problems on progressive overload. But I can cut chest down to once a week.

I just ordered from Domestic Supply again. My gear came in overnight from domestic supply. I needed more test and primo for the cycle. So I just ordered through domestic so I can get my stuff quicker. I saved a little money ordering through Napsgear but meh.

Depending on if I can get my primo by Saturday I’ll probably start my cycle Sunday

So just to recap I’m running:

500mg of test e/week
200mg of primo/week
5mgs of aromasin every other day? (Also the aromasin i ordered only came in 25mg tablets so hopefully i can break them apart with a pill cutter)
n2guard every day
10mgs of stenabolic 30 mins before training. (Do I take this on my off days too or no?)

I’ll also start a new cycle thread

Is it ok to do cardio after legs? I usually avoid it to give my legs a break.

The aromasin didn’t come with the shipment. I just noticed it’s coming from a different warehouse? It has the same order number though. They haven’t sent me that tracking number yet. I emailed them asking about it. Hopefully I get it this week.

So I’ll end my cut sometime next week. It’ll be 3 months and I’ve leaned up quite a bit on just the TRT+cardazol+cardarine.

I was going to place my order in for gear this week but wanted advise on what to run next. I don’t know if I want to run tren the full cycle again, I started getting weekly panic attacks towards the end of the cycle.

A friend suggested I do a slightly stronger cycle to recomp some more.

Test+primo+masteron
Towards the end sprinkle some tren and tbol?

This cycle I want to run a larger dosage of test for bigger gains.

Any thoughts or recommendations?
@Mk11kh i like the cycle personally. I’d switch the tbol for anavar or Winny. Just because those are my 2 personal favorites

Of Anavar, win, and tbol which will get me the most lean?

Should I consider running test+primo+ an oral?

Or should I save the orals for the end of the cycle and maybe some tren ace?
 
Just finished chest and cardio.

30 mins treadmill jogging pwo

  • Smith machine bench press 120lbs 4x10 up in reps
  • Kitana tricep extensions (lateral head) 17lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Seated incline press 190lbs up 10lbs 4x8
  • Cable straight bar tricep push down 100lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Decline iso press 190lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extension 60lbs 4x15 up in reps
Incline treadmill 30 mins post workout

I’ll start recomp once I get my gear. Should I calculate bulking or maintenance macros? How much caloric surplus if any?

@Mk11kh can definitely see you’ve cut up a lot. Nice progress. Looking lean.
