So its been a tough week. my wife devastated and my Cane Corso is so depressed and sad he just cries all day. So can only get better from here. I will get training and Food back on track tomorrow. Bro abs back on point Got full 6 pack back and veins that run from my shoulders and arm pits that spider off and run all the way down my side and stomache strait into my groin. So The NPP had my strength throw the roof but it put a hit on my libido. So I have cut NPP back to 150mg a week from the 450mg mark. tried to go to 300mg week and still didnt feel as I wanted. I also dropped EQ back to 500mg from 600mg. So looks like thisWhy the AAS changes?

Yes I bumped to 50mg ed and that is also helpin. actually felt pretty good yesterday and Today with overall well being and libido. seems its back to normal but dont want to mess it up again.nice you bumped proviron higher
@25homes shoulder is back? i hope so ddiet has stayed the same almost always now just change the meats up from pork to chicken to beef to salmon. Eating lot of rice and beans/ not getting lot of green veggies but do take a green veggie supplement to help compensate

Feel really good and shoulder feelin best it has in long time. Gonna keep grinding. I think I will add the Anadrol and Tren into the Mix maybe next week or so. Didnt want to drop either if them until I felt I was hittin plateau. Dont really feel that way except with the weight which I could use more Kcals I kno. I dont like not having a 6 pack and veins on my stomach so the bulk messes with me mentally. I have even incorporated some real ice cream into the diert trying to get kcals up and weight up. I eat clean then soon as I start adding ice cream and thing with some sugar to it seems it just drives veins out all over. So I am going to keep that an chocolate milk in this diet for atleast another 4 weeks. May we will really clean it up and lean down.
