As per my main log the plan has now switched. From another sponsors supported 'cut to a 4 week power bulk. Any (of the little) volume training will be minimized and I'll aim during and after the bulk to get my gym numbers as high as possible.

I'll be using Euro Pharmacies Sustanon and Deca. Previous use of these PEDs has seen me add as much as 20lbs of weight in 6-8 weeks. The only issue, hopefully resolved today, is two packages have been much delayed by the post office and customs. I DO have EP deca here. Worse case scenario is I'll front load (if only cos I wanna get started today) with some EP D/Bol

My all time highest ever bodyweight to date has been an uncomfortable 334lbs (just dbol). 340 MIGHT happen on this cycle

That's what I have been. I was 324.5lbs yesterday

Friday
Close Grip Bench Press
to 167.5kg/368.5lbs x 3 x 1 and 1 x 2 reps (poss PB??)

Mid Iso Row
to 120kg/264lbs x 6 easy reps

@SteveMobsterG the gear is hot I love euro pharmacies

Mobster this is not what i wanted to hear
I was hoping you would cut down hard and then compete against me on stage next year at the Portugal Open. You challenged me already that you could beat me now prove it

that was the quickest cut I've ever seen in my life now you are going to bulk back up on us

Brother this is absolutely fantastic man, and I'm subbed to this one and I can't wait to see what happens man.

Not to take away from your log, but I'm currently on something very similar and I was just speaking about the dbol in private with some members of another department, I literally put on 25lbs in 6 days, When a.m. fasted im was up 22, by the end of the evening which doesn't count it was 25 that's as of yesterday.

Kind of like you said, it's not quite the look that I'm going for, because the same thing happened to me prior many years ago.
I put on too much too quick too soon.
But thankfully it's being partitioned evenly.

What AIs do you have running, and what's your meals looking like?

I plan on bailing on this oral probably in two more weeks. It's simply just added for some fullness and to help force more nutrients into the muscle bellies because prior I was severely malnourished, due to work and other loads and circumstances that were out of my control.

Super stoked and excited for you here brother.

Mobster has different plans and goals let the man be and let him log how he wants as a community we should get behind the log and be supporting him and the log and that goes for anyone who does decide to log a run.

Mobster isn't a bodybuilder, with how long he has been in the game and has studied it and been around people in it, I for one would trust his word and his knowledge pro or not pro, putting the time in like he has means he has tons of knowledge, just my take on it.

Monday

I should post up some links to articles on me and videos at the Arnold etc. Like my CV lol I'll do a couple later

Really looking forward to following this one. Mobster runs some really great logs on the forums. Hopefully guys learn that you don't have to run super long or super heavy cycles to get results. This log will surely show that.

Tuesday
Much faffing about and, for whatever reason (the cycle or food or talking about my deceased brothers 'estate'?) it took me AGES to get to sleep. Like 1am. Yet...

Seated Press
Those following all my logs will know that I had, going back almost 2 years, an issue with what is called a 'frozen' shoulder. The right was worse than the left. Age + wear and tear added to that. A year or so ago I had a cortisone jab into the right and I do a LOT of super light (broomstick) warm ups on bench and shoulder sessions. Today...
to 100kg x 4 reps - first time in 2 years

Saxon Bar work
I didn't add this Friday because I had the tiniest bit of soft tissue soreness at the base of the right thumb. Plus that would have been the new/unseasoned with chalk bar.
to 95kg x 4 x 3 non stop (bar didn't even touch the floor) reps and 1 x 8 reps. Felt strong

Bwt: 328.5lbs

Friday
One week in to the bulk/sus and deca cycle and today was... well see for yourself. My stomach was doing it's 'you strain with heavy weights have some of this' today. I was feeling it every step of the way to Powerhouse Gym (trained with Ken). But it made zero difference once I was under the bar.

Close Grip Bench Press
to 120kg x 1 fast rep, 140kg x a fast rep. Then the targeted set work. 170kg x 1 rep., Easy. So I'd set myself a challenge of 170kg x 2 and did 170kg x 3 reps. Up we go then. 180kg/396lbs x 1 easy rep. So what the hell... might as well load my life time personal best from 15 years ago then - 190kg/418lbs x 1 rep (the last few inches was a GRIND lol)

Iso Lever Row
Did these first while we waited for the bench)
to 130kg/296lbs x 6 reps a side

Bwt: 328lbs

Mobster is out here doing what alot of people cant at his age and I absolutely love seeing it.
That's been a BIG part of feedback the last few days. I'd be top six raw in the UK age 54-59 with my 190kg bench - ever

Tuesday

Bwt:151kg

Your lifts always amaze me!
Occasionally me too lol

Saturday
I've spent the last 24 hours bone tired. The reality of any push into new territory be that PED use, almost highest bodyweight or training is that it's whole new level of stress thus far not experienced. I speak as someone who still has a few, as yet, unbroken world records. That means I'm literally the only person on the planet (so far) who has done that thing.

The same 'rules' apply when I break a personal best. In order for me to go to a new place I gotta push harder. If I want 195kg or 200kg/440lbs as a life time best I gotta do sick f**ked up sh*t. I read yesterday a line which seems to apply: you can still be strong as you age - it just take longer to recover

Tuesday
If I kill legs I struggle the next day - such is life. I also had bad news today regarding one of my elderly neighbors dying over night. He'd only recently started Chemo and had represented (as well as coached teams) Wales in air rifle and pistol shooting. We'd enjoyed many a chat while getting our daily steps in. After a while I was able to 'get my head on' in my gym.

Seated Press
to 102.5kg/225.5lbs x 4 reps

Saxon Bar
bar/12.5kg x 8 reps, 52.5kg (mis load) x 6 reps, 100kg x 5 x 1 reps. All bar the first set were hands on for all the reps / touch n go.

Bwt: 332lbs

Everytime I kill any body part I think of what Tom platz said with the feeling of being spent giving it everything u got is wonderful.

Thursday
@ Powerhouse Gym. Another brutal day. PB's on both lifts.

Dumbbell Hammer Curls
to 90kg @ x 12 reps

EZ Skull Crushers
to 94kg x 4 reps (loose form)

Bwt: 330lbs (scales seemed faulty cos it didn't need paying for)

Friday
Last heavy bench session @ Powerhouse. 3 man crew with Ken, Chris and myself for the most part. Heaviest bench day I've ever had pre any 1RM attempts. Still a little sluggish etc getting my ass to the gym but once I'm there...

Mid Iso Lever Row
to 130kg/264lbs (mixed 25kg plates with the 20kg plates and used a band to keep the weights on) x 6 reps

Close Grip Bench Press
broomstick warm ups, bar x 8, 60kg x 8, 80kg x 6, 120k x 1, 140kg x 1, 170kg x 1 and then 4 x 1 x 185kg/407lbs

Bwt: 334lbs (also back to all time high)

Being the analytical mo-fo I can be I spent 45 minutes talking to myself about every aspect of the last few, but especially yesterdays, training sessions last night. All with a view to deciding how next Friday's workout would go.

Here's a few of those thoughts:
1. How I feel beforehand. Kinda shit. That may well come down to aspects. One is I need to feel 'on' ONLY when I lift and I sometimes think my body holds back that sense of energy and well being for lifting only. The other is it is NOT comfortable being 334lbs and would, if I stayed this heavy, take a while to get used to. That's not gonna happen
2. How I prepared. I walk to the gym. That's how I get ready. I left a little late and was still eating my oatmeal 20 minutes beforehand. The gym made me a coffee to go with the doubled up one I had before I left. Food will barely, if at all, have kicked in.
3. Speed warming up. The faster I can move with the broomstick or bar the better I bench. Speed IS power. Yesterday I was coming off the bench when repping the stick. That's 300+lbs flying off the bench and slamming back down
4. How easy the warm ups are. How easy the 120kg/264lbs, 140kg/308lbs and so on move is a great indicator of what happens with the top weights.
5. Switching on / switching off. I spend a few minutes getting my head in the right space. Muttering away and cursing myself. Yet once I'm actually performing the rep it's just moving the bar.
6. Taking each rep on it's own. If you start to think too much about 4 or 5 singles you take a little energy from the rep you're about to do. It can be overwhelming to consider how f**ked you'll feel after. Living in the moment is how it gets done. Do the rep and recover
7. Success breeds success - do the work. Each time I am successful and complete another single rep with 185kg is another baby step closer to making next Friday successful.
8. Visualization. Seeing yourself doing the thing. I know a session is going well when I start to think 'maybe 2 reps' I'm seeing that 200kg/440lbs in my head
