First thing Thank you for taking the time.
So I just turn 44 years old 6'3" and 228lbs and I need some help loosing a few pounds and increasing my muscle mass. I always wanted to do a full cycle just to see the possibilities.
I am no stranger to the gym but after a long absence (injuries) I feel its harder to built muscle and loose fat. Not looking to be Mr Olimpia but just help slow down my aging.

Thanks again

Hi mate
Yes it's a lot harder now but not impossible, do you have the time to commit to diet and training ?

First I'd get a dr to check you test levels and blood work to see if your healthy you might even get a script for HRT :)

Brad.

I visited my Dr. and wanted him to prescribed me Testosterone but he is against that because of most people that take it can develop hart problems but I am going back to ask him about Omnitrope. And if that doesn't work I will have to find other ways.

If ur test is low and he won't prescribe I would find another doctor heart issuers from Trt is a problem when a cbc panel is not preformed regularly

Most doctors that don't have a clue don't check rbc and over they years it builds up causing blood clots and other issues

Also many studies prove that as we age and test levels decline and estrogen inclines it's much worse on the heart and other functions of the body that Trt therapy

I would find another dr and get other opinions

I went through 5 dr before I found one that knew his stuff

Most family practice dr and normal ms that don't specialist in hormones don't have a clue !!!!

Just visited my Dr. again and all of my test show normal for a 44 year old male. And yes he said no to putting me on Omnitrope. I guess I need to find another Dr. Anyone have a good Dr. in the Washington DC area? or an alternative supplement?

I did not get a copy of my blood work but I can get it. My Dr. did go over my blood work and everything is normal for a 44 year old guy no abnormality and everything is working correctly.

What is normal for some doctors is not optimal for our age ... Imo I always want optimal t levels even when im 80!

But like stated u can do SARMS also they have online clinics that u fax over ur bloods and get a script they get u in upper range ! It's actually all just about the $

I agree with you I have normal levels for a 44 year old but who wants to be normal...
