It is!! I got a killer breakfast and before bed meal that i always stick to and wouldnt change it for anything! I'll give you my secret recipe brother! Here it goes:
1 cup Fage 0% greek yogurt = 130 cal 23g protein 0 fat
1/2 cup 0% cottage cheese = 80 calories 13g protein 0 fat
2 scoops of Dymatize Elite 100 = 212 cal 48g protein 0 fat
1 tb spoon peanut butter = 95 cal 4g protein 8g fat
1 serving of Kashi Go Lean Cereal = 160 cal 13g protein 1g fat
For a Superb grand total of
677 cal
Only 9g of Fat
And a whooping 101g of protein!!!
So there you have it guys! My super secret breakfast recipe LOL seriously if anyone out there can do better than this for breakfast besides the good old 12egg whites 2 whole eggs scrambled eggs breakfast , please im all ears!!!
The good thing about this is that i also take it before bed (minus the peanut butter and cereal of course!) and it yields me a whooping 84g of protein with only 400 calories and 0 fat!! The very best part of this before bed is that plain greek yogurt is made mostly with Casein Protein and as you may know its a slow digesting type of protein which is great before bed to feed the body and muscles for the 8 hours of sleep.
