1st time Oxandrolone user

If you can train fine with it, and it's only minor, start Ostarine at 25mg per day and run it straight through your PCT with the other PCT items you have. It does help considerably with minor injuries, joints, and inflammation.




I have pushed through a lot of injuries..I hate taking pain killers..im stopping tonight..only been on them for 3 days and I can feel the difference in strength..so they are working against the var..im sure of it just ordered the Ostarine..read a lot of good stuff on it!

well was able to do my routine with the exception of the right quad..even could work my right calf with no pain..so other than that..no pain killers just iced and wrapped and push through it..cant wait for my OSt to get here..hope they ship fast...keeping extra on hand for next time..you guys are great for helpin this old dude out! much appreciated

injuries are part of the game but you don't want to make injuries become chronic.. sometimes a few days off of the gym is better

I wish it was an injury from the GYM..but it happened at work .a piece of electronic equipment fell of the shelf and had it out for my knee..didnt quite get out of the way..so i took the hit and pulled something or its soft tissue damage or both..
 
Okay PCT starts saturday!..all lined up...results on this first time Var cycle are encouraging...enough to give it a second try..with a more refined diet and training program...
 
Second week into PCT..feeling kinda crappy, achy hips, little worn down,sex drive is in the can...weird cause first week 1/2 felt almost better than i did on cycle..or at least as good..now not so much..hope its temporary..
