This is my buddy he's 22 been lifting since 13 has never touched a thing not even protein shakes. He's 5'9 185 with 5% bf tops.
375 flat bench
740 leg press
590 squat
This kid is a freak in gym never seen anything like

I can say im 24 and I can.leg.press sets of 8 reps knees to chest ..20-26 45lb plates 4 sets with three warmups.. the bench is above. And my max squat I is around 500 one time. I can hit 495 6.time on a Smith machine. Making my butt go to low catcher stance. 595 is beast on a rack... 375 is decent... Legs are ok. Guys on more than what you think. My workout partner who had run one cycle of superdrol for 6 Weeks. 3 on 3 off style has him....
Bench 435 flat 3 times.
Squat--425 8 times to the ground 6 inches.....
Press-9-11plates... 45lbs a piece

there is a 50 year old dude at my gym who benches 480 .. he is a beast. how dumb was I to assume he was natural.. well recently I spotted him after he nailed 465 and I was giving him props after saying you are 50 and natural and able to do that much.. well he looked at me and said "yup, I'm natural" sarcastically and giggled. so don't assume just cause someone says they are natural that they are. I don't tell people I juice either. there are a couple cops that workout with us and there is no need for people to know, its a subject you really shouldn't even bring up in public. you never know who is listening.
 
I dont believe the squat numbers. I too wish I was 22. My shoulders especially wish they were 22

agreed... the leg press/ squat ratio looks way off... anyone should be able to easily get a few reps with at least double their max squat... something is not right here...

dont tell me, he eats mcdonalds all day too...
 
The only things I see possible in the OP:

1- His stats are real. 5'9, 185lbs, low bf (maybe not 5%)
2- He doesn't appear to have the size of a DEFINITE AAS user. He has decent size
3- He may be someone who genetically is ecto AND uses AAS to look like that.

Things I believe are fake:

1- His lifting #'s. I've seen all kinds of guys who push those #'s. They aren't 185lbs and looking like that. No offense. I think he has a good build going and clearly good bf% control.
 
Ive seen thousands of people who look like this naturally. Its called being young and genetically gifted. He has a high insulin response to food, higher than agv thyroid function, has always had on the high avg test levels. He has been training for years so he has seasoned hard muscle and I do not doubt he can left good numbers ether. His leg press is for pussies anyway I leg press over 2 grand, I was doing 700 when I was 13. Good for him though now lets get him juiced the fuck out and make a real monster out of him..

Squat and leg press numbers have no correlation. A squat takes tremendous strength and stability. A leg press all you do is lay there and push. Leg presses are a great assistance exercise but not something to base overall strength on. I have seen people with little quads who can only squat 225 for reps on a smith machine load up a leg press and go to town. The guy in the pic is most likely on something. He probably does have decent genetics as well. No regular skinny/ fat guy can just take juice and be jacked. You have to work hard and genes still play a role in how good you can be.

Exactly... People think its so damn easy to just get jacked as hell on juice. Fuck that shit its its still going to take a lot of hard work and dedication no matter what.
 
totally possible. Good genes though. Same story with my brother. hes so jacked, 190lbs, and around 6-7% bf never even has protein powders or creatine or anything like that. He also works out more consistently and put more effort into his workouts then anyone I know. Just a combo of good genetics and dedication.
 
Big leg press doesnt equal big squat.

exactly... anyone with a 500+ squat should EASILY rep out 1000 on the leg press...
though a 1000lb leg press does not guarantee even a 400 squat...
imo he is too lean at his size to be hitting that squat number... athletic performance is lost at sub-10% bodyfat levels...
 
I agree when I was playing ball I was getting mid 5's and after squatting I would leg press over 1000 for reps during a workout.. If ur squating a legit 5 (parallel or lower) then u can play with 7 on a leg press

THere are plenty of real natural guys who are at 5"10 210lb at single digit, not to forget the dude been training for 9 years so its very easily attainable naturally,, if you cant get there being natural you're not training hard or eating like bird..

well he is 185, and in the 181 weight class a 590 squat would put him in the top 10 in the US ... thats guys that focus their entire life on powerlifting and run cycles...

easily obtainable natty stats eh?...

if the lift numbers are fibbed, as it would seem, it would be reasonable to believe other facts are being skewed...

the stats you mentioned to make your arguement are incorrect.

and we aren't going by stats anyway, we are going by the picture. and by how much he lifts.
 
I totally believe he could be natural. I never got that strong naturally, but I'm nothing special anyway. Some people just have the genetics.
I benched 360 @198 before I ever touched roids. Did 2 cycles in my life and benched 430 weighing 213 legal in a meet. Squat went from about 480 natural to 550.
Then took 20 years off roids and hit 395 bench weighing 190 at 45 years old. I wasn't even taking vitamins or protein at the time. LOL. Just did it for a company contest where I worked.
Test numbers have never been high either. Now I'm 51, test numbers suck (390 last test).

I think I benefited a lot by lifting for years and being sure I was pretty well maxed out naturally before I ever did any juice. I also think I am better off staying clean since the mid 80's than if I kept playing around with hormones. I might end up on TRT one of these days, but trying to stay natural as long as practical.
