Yes there's a reason pharm-grade oxandrin comes in 2.5mg tabs. I've put cancer patients, including liver-cancer patients, on anavar, and the dosages are almost always in the 15mg/day range, never higher than 20. Seeing people running 100mg/day of var... I just hope that if they have enough money to afford that much anavar they save some for a liver transplant! Just b/c it's milder in side effects than some other orals doesn't mean it's harmless! I agree that if you have to run something long-term, simple test and GH is much safer, or perhaps try some of the peptides. Hell, just long-term peptides with some occasional S4 or Osta should yield some slow, steady gains, and much safer than long-term var.
