Went up 30 lbs on my deadlift this go around. Last time we did them was 3 weeks ago. Felt pretty good. Even the pecs were getting pumped while deadlifting. Had to stretch them out between sets. Will be trying to force feed 500+ grams of carbs today. Didn't do biceps since we already have a dedicated arm day and my elbow doesn't need any additional stress.

Whats your opinion on DHB? Do you think it would help me in a future cycle to help with strength increases? I am trying to dial down a perfect cycle for raw strength. I have blood pressure under complete control and have unlumited access to Telmisartan. I do like Masteron in low dose added to cycle as It makes me aggressive as fuck. Do you think DHB would be a good alternative. The only reason I ask is because with Masteron I get some muscle tightness cramping. I assume its due to the AI properties of the compound but boy oh boy does it make me aggressive in the gym and in the bed. Its one reason why I like to stack it while using NPP. I am afraid to get deca dick and it so far has helped in that area. So what would a cycle look like if strength gains were the first priority and lean muscle gains the second priority?

Incredible Pump today. Pecs really growing. Still getting stronger. Increased weight by 10 lbs on Inline and dip 1 more rep per set on all sets. Inceased Pec Fly Machine by 30 lbs. Did less reps but it sure got a good pump going. Will be taking tomorrow off and then deadlifting on Tuesday. Have a blood donation in an hour. Will be taking two more doses of IGF-1 today after blood is donated. Have a lovely Sunday afternoon!!! Lift heavy and grow with me!!!

All I can say is it was a brutal workout. I knew it was going to be hell after my first set on shoulder press. I went much heavier than the standard 50% 1RM that this style of training calls for.

The way this slow 8 second reps for sets of 8 works is to pick a weight you can normally max out at 20 reps per set on a regular cadence just to give you an idea.
