LOL ..... I just have to thank my lucky stars on that one (thank you dad!) ... because DAMN I hate lifting legs. I'll lunge all day long, love them, but squats/leg press/hack squats/etc - BLECH. :)

I've totally and completely changed my workouts now. I don't train like I used to - for many many reasons. Too many to name here. :)

At the time, I was training each body part 1x a week, intense as hell. I trained 3-4x a week - mostly push/pull but it did vary (legs was one day - plyo's mostly). Estimating, I would say 3 sets per exercise, 1-3 different exercises per body part, reps were 8-10 at most. Often it was more like 6-8.

My weight training sessions were short, fast, intense. I was beat at the end. My weight training sessions VERY RARELY went over 45 min. I always focused on compound exercises, only real isolation movements I did were lateral raise.
