Felt good to go heavy again. Will be doing this for the remainder of my bulk through the end of the month and then take another deload. Lots a few lbs. Haven't changed anything latgely other than stopping the 40mg per day of tbol last week. Went 10 lbs heavier on my incline press today for the same reps and sets. I will take that!!!

Much Stronger again today vs the last time I done heavy shoulder/arms. Went up another 20 lbs on my Hammer Strength Shoulder Press. Shoulder still feels good. I never want to come off NPP. Also increased weights on front raise and hammer curls and all tricep exercises. 3 more weeks of heavy lifting on this cycle. Hoping for another 1-2 lbs of lean muscle by months end.

stay on NPP with your TRT thats a point Ive made before to guys
