8 DB calf raises
No weight increase.

Sunday: (back, biceps) Increased dose to 5mg am and will take 5mg pm

-Straight bar straight arm cable pulldown 30lbs
-Straight bar cable bicep curl *up 5lbs* to 30lbs
Hammer to wide bicep curl 3 x 8 15lb DBs

Training was good yesterday, added in the 15/15 cardio like recommended. Added some more fruit and raw almonds to diet. Domestic Supply var should arrive today, very quick esp coming from the opposite coast. Felt a bit weird yesterday evening like a couldn't sit down kind of anxiety, was gross. Couldn't eat dinner but was able to settle down after about 2 hours and forced a protein bar. I slept surprisingly well after all of that minus the 5 times I was up to pee from 8p-12a. Hope that feeling doesn't continue. Tomorrows training:

Sounds like you need to add more magnesium to your diet. You should take it with each meal and before bed.

Got an early out Friday and got an extra gym day in this week. Felt quite the quad pump on Friday with what I would say was a quick recovery. Still eating in a deficit and staying mostly clean with diet. Taking the fish oil and nac supplements and 2.5mg var am and pm. I was 125.7 this morning, which was up a 1.3 from last week.
