Had good day today for food. This pretty normal for me. I don't change it up a ton.

8am muscle milk oats and honey

1030 eggs ham cheese potatoes

12. Chicken and rice

230pm. MRE Shake oats and honey added

5pm Chicken rice

730pm MRE Shake oats honey added

9pm porterhouse broccoli sweet corn so so good.

I'm a little tight from my shoulder and arm workout. Gonna ice down tn rest tomorrow and back to the grind Monday. Be training at different gym this week due to work travel. So that should be interesting.

Hit my shoulders pretty good few days ago and haven't been training shoulders due to the soreness in my left shoulder I can't get rid of. Now it's all stupid tight and pinching something runs from my shoulder blade clear up my neck. Got pain on back side and front side of shoulder. Ice helps get a lil rest be ready for Monday.
This is the same shoulder you have been having issues with the entire last year?

Yea same damn shoulder. Wasn't training shoulders at all. Then I had nothing to train last week and wanted to hit the weights I was lil pissed off. So went in murdered shoulder workout felt really good and strong but 2 days later major pain. It's in front of shoulder and in the back side in upper lat where I was having back problems last year and went to chiropractor. Got on hydro bed and it's feeelin btr I def have a pinched nerve

Was it feeling better when you were on 400mg NPP? Also maybe try doing different exercises that dont hurt it. Maybe try cable front raises or machine laterals if they dont hurt. Its all trial and error as everyone is different with injuries. Just make sure and dont do stuff that hurts while your doing it. Seems to be a good way thats working for me anyway. Also make sure and go slow on the positive and negative with no jerky motions.

No bro no diff on the npp. Feels same always gotta be pinched nerve. All I did was front and side lateral raises light 15lb dbells now I did crush the lateral raise shoulder machine. Was smashing the whole stack had machine pinned out felt strong af but then I paid later. I'm just gonna lay off shoulders. They get hit in chest and back work. Shoulders one of my best muscles so I can afford to lay off them.
