Hey Yep I run.

I used to Run HIIT Based On how pintoca used to do his HIIT.

I only did cardio ( HIIT) for honeslty 1.5 months out of this diet. Any other cardio was Jumping Rope. At least 15-20 mins jumping rope.

I used to be big into Cardio while at the gym but the gym got closed down and my cardio went out the window.

My results are honestly basically from Diet. I know how everyone says 90% diet. and if you look at me you can tell that is true. Dont get me wrong If i was doing strict cardio i would have lost more and toned up more. Damn i wish i did cardio more again!

BUT when i did do Cardio it was for at least 5 minute warm up at reg heart rate. Then 20 Minutes HIIT. Then 5 Minute Cool down ( Cool down and warm up are at about 50% MHR ) HIIT Was at around 80MHR.

I shreded alot of BF% doing the cardio.

Let me get this out. I consider 3X a week light cardio. this is what i do now. Maybe 3 X a week. But since its summer time im more active.

GOOd Cardio Week.
5X Week.(doing this during the peak of the diet) 4X HIIT and 1 day Regualr Jogging for me.

But im not going to Lie. Diet was my success story here. I was extremely extremely calorie aware and strict. I kind of figured my own body out. So i munipulated my Ratios.

Also. After about 2-3 Months on diet i hit my peak. Changed Diet up alittle, not too much tho. Just added in more EFA Fats(sounds ironic, but it helped hit the calorie mark) Then after 3-4 months I also added an ECA Stack to my Routine for 2 Weeks on 2 Weeks off. Then 1 bottle on 2 weeks off.

I will be starting my Clen that i had from a WHILE BACK, i just want to finish off the ECA i have. Then Use Clen on 2 weeks Clen off 2 weeks. This is what im planning. I dont ever plan to get this low weight again tho. I cut up amazing i think and i feel i need to go the extra yard to fully get all the fat from my lower abdominal gone. Once that fat is gone i want to BULK up to maybe around 180 at 10% BF or less. since this is the first time in my Life to see my Abs i never want to loose them again.

So 100% by the end of the summer i will be re-joinging a gym ( i would have rejoined a gym just ran into some personal and finacial problems considering im only 19 now those 2 things play a big factor) but im glad i stayed on diet and made it threw it. Now my life is settling back down to normal and i have the funds to do the "unneccessary" things in life like the gym lol. Even tho i love the gym i just couldnt afford it and i will be able to.

If i get to the gym before I loose my abdominal fat it would be great because i will def loose it then. But if im happy with my results its time to put on some lean mass.

But whoever is reading this success story, you can do it to trust me. Im no machine. Im an ordinary 19 year old man who loves to party/ have fun and still made a conscious effort for my weight and the severe obesity problem in america. I knew i wasnt at a healthy weight and needed to do something about it.

But my MAIN #1 Advice is....

READ! READ! READ! I know for a fact i did so good on my diet because i read so fuckin much on this damn site. Pintoca's Post/ Chef's Posts/ Brens Post/ And all the misc post by all the EF members have a ton a valuable information wich should be fully read before any majore change is done because you can spend 6 months in the gym cutting up and heres my Mr nutrition who hardley hit the gym and looks great. PLEASE READ dont half ass your efforts. I think it is essential to know about EFA's and ratios and all that shit. so just read! You will love your results if you know what your doing!
 
Damn what a big difference in just 4 months. Props to you bro. Congratulations on your achievements.

I need to get myself on a cutting diet too. :)

More Updated Pics.

Just a quick opinion question.

I have about 100 tabs of German Clen, couple weeks supply of my OPENED ECA Stack, and 1 month of a closed ECA Stack for me to open.

Should I...
A. Use up all the ECA stack and order more when i start the Clen (2 weeks on 2 weeks off)?

B. Use up the rest of this months supply of the ECA stack, Start the clen, Rin 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, use the Closed bottle i have up. and then order more ECA Stack.

I know they are basically same idea plan with an extra month of eca stack in between.

im askin this ebcause i want to know if i should even bother the Clen yet. I mean i have been taking this eca stack on/off for a little bit and think maybe clen will be a good shocker.

But if you guys recomend waitng untill i kill all the ECA then ill def do that. But damn all this fuckin hard work is killing me! lol

Oh and Rom...For the Green Tea/flax. Every monring i take green tea and flax pills. I know the pills are not the best, but they are something. I take 1 green tea pill (325mcg) and 2 Flax Seed Pills, and 2 Fishoil Tabs. I also eat 1 serving of ALL Natural Peanutu butter daily, so that adds in some flax.

You really think so? I didnt feel too much weaker. My Bench is still at 195 Max. But i was doing around 205 couple months ago at the gym.

But your prob right i def lost some muscle but really alot? Thanks for the criticism tho looks like my ass needs to hit the gym alot earlier then planned huh
