Diet Update 1/01/05-3/21/05

Finally HIT MY GOAL DATE: MAY 27

here are the pics taken that day.
I weighed in that morning at 170 LBS FLAT!
10LBS under my GOAL WEIGHT! BYPASSED BABY!

Im going to stay on diet for remainer of the year.

My B-Day Weekend I got thrashed partied away went dancing came home, barbecues all weekend! GREAT! BEST CHEAT DAYS POSSIBLE! only thing is woke up 174 LBS on Monday! BUT WHO GIVES A SHIT! I went from 240LBS to 170 in
6 Months Basically! With DIET no Crash DIETS.

I will follow the Same Diet i have listed. Maybe Going up to 2000Cals/Daily.

I want to say thanks to everyone here for the TIPS i really really needed them there is no way in hell i could have done this without knowledge and you guys really have alot of fuckin knowledge here..

By the end of the year before i party for new years i want to be under 10%BF and i will be. I only have have about 7% left to go give or take a few calculations lol.

I only was in a GYM 1.5 months out of the 6. My gym was shut down by Marshals.

And i was on Leg injuries before. So its basically Diet.

i was taking an ECA stack preety good one. but my cardio was intense when i was doing it.

30-40minx HIIT Daily.

Preety good split tho. Basically followed pintocas routine.

It does look like i put on Mass, Prob because i was only a STRONG kid. Always Athletic, The muscles were probbably hidding behind fat? I had 16" arms at my fattest. Now they are 13-14.

Thanks tho. Diet was Very strict. 1800-2000 cals daily.

hmmm egg white count....

Ok this is what i did.

Took the 1/2 pint ( i believe its 1/2) of the Egg whites.
Took 2 cups of Brown Rice Cook em up.

Split them into 3 even breakfasts.

and with my breakfast
NonFatMilk with 2 scoops of Whey protein.

In the MATH point of View Each individual meal

Food Name Servings Cals Fat Carb Prot
Brown Rice/Egg Whites 338 2 51 23
EAS Whey Protein 120 2 4 22
Milk, nonfat,m) 90 1 12 9

Preety good amount of Cals. High Cal breakfast keeps me going and its easier to hit my calorie goals by the end of the day.

Bro, the credit goes to you... no matter how much I say, if you don't do it, nothing will happen...

I am down 64 lbs... I took a 2 weeks pause (mini bulk) when I plateaued and came back to cutting with a vengeance... Should hit 200lbs (for the first time in 10 years or so still this week)... will post a "Milestone" thingie when I get there with a full report (graph, pics, routines, diet, cardio, the works).

Glad you made it!!! I have still a bit of a way to go
 
Glad you figured out how to get passed that plateu. I took a week off last week for my birthday week. Still watched what i ate but wasnt good for dieting lol. But ya glad to hear your gonna reach your goal too! Shit we both will get our damn goals of 10%bf.

Gotta join another gym tho but hey! Im lovign it!
