my favorite is definitely incline bench press with barbell or dumbbells. instead of bringing the bar to the middle of your chest, bring it to the top of your chest and when you push up, push up and a little to the back. i keep it as close to my neck as possible. i dont do flat presses at all anymore. only incline presses and flys and my chest is shaping up real nice. weighted dips with chains are awesome for the chest as well, lean forward to put more stress on the chest and less on the triceps. and db pullovers are great if done correctly.
