Your thoughts on this bulking diet

Hey bros - I had someone develop this bulking routine for me and just wanted to know what you thought.....I'm 6'2.5 about 185....and 7-8% bf....looking to bulk up CLEANLY and jump on some sus 250, eq and deca in a little bit.....will do cardio every am except for leg day.just a 1/2 hour on incline treadmill......looking to get up to about 220-230.....here she is

WAKE 500AM
CARDIO

630 - 12 EGG WHITES/2 WHOLE EGGS
1 CUP OATS

930 METRX MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE

1200 6 OZ CHICKEN AND 6-8OZ YAM SMALL SALAD

230 (PREWORKOUT) PROTEIN SHAKE W/ TBS PB

430 TRAIN

530 PROTEIN/CARB SHAKE

630 6OZ CHICKEN 1 CUP RICE SMALL SALAD


900 PROTEIN SHAKE W/ SKIM AND EGG WHITES (SLOW DIGESTING)

930 BED

1200AM LOW CARB MEAL BAR (EAS CARB SENSE)

WILL TRAIN USING 5X5 AND DC........2 DAYS ON 1 OFF.........

any thoughts? then I'll tell you who desinged the routine for me...

5 whole eggs; add 2 tbsp. all natural peanut butter

930 METRX MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE
add 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil

1200 6 OZ CHICKEN AND 6-8OZ YAM SMALL SALAD
add 1 large salad w/ 1tbsp. olive oil

230 (PREWORKOUT) PROTEIN SHAKE W/ TBS PB

430 TRAIN

530 PROTEIN/CARB SHAKE

630 6OZ CHICKEN 1 CUP RICE SMALL SALAD
add more salad and 1tbsp. olive oil


900 PROTEIN SHAKE W/ SKIM AND EGG WHITES (SLOW DIGESTING)

930 BED

1200AM LOW CARB MEAL BAR (EAS CARB SENSE)
add 20g psyllium husk fiber before bed
add 1 tbsp. MCT oil

5 eggs is over 20g of fat...._ cholest.......you edited my diet, like you normally do (which I appreciate) but only changed the amount of EFA's.......I'd rather use PB than MCT or flax rather than MCT and how come you didn't slam my middle of the night protein bar? Think I can put some nice lean mass on with this diet?
 
i know..to answer your ? .....spoke to a few ohio bros....nothing major........think my diet is on point, or do I need to adjust?

you're bulking, 20g of fat is not an issue

peanut butter and MCT have different properties; MCT is more likely to give your results you're looking for w/ the energy requirement

I can't slam everything you eat, I have to assume there are reasons you eat certain things at certain times. A protein bar when you're bulking up is not that big of a deal, but adding some fats and fibers to it would help prevent nightly catabolism

Think I can put some nice lean mass on with this diet? most likely


As a side note, the MCT vs. Flax/PB is really a marginal thing; if you can't take down the MCT for some reason or another, it is possilbe to use the others, but for maximum results stick w/ MCT.

X - I've been SLAMMING a huge shake and some veggies and peanuts late night and I think it's hurting me......I do cardio 1st thing and then an hour later, I feel like I'm still bloated from all the fiber from the veggies or bloated maybe because of the thick shake........I use egg whites and skim...I know, drop the skim, right? It doesnt phase me any other time of the day? Is it possible to eat too many veggies throughout the day?
