Hey bros - I had someone develop this bulking routine for me and just wanted to know what you thought.....I'm 6'2.5 about 185....and 7-8% bf....looking to bulk up CLEANLY and jump on some sus 250, eq and deca in a little bit.....will do cardio every am except for leg day.just a 1/2 hour on incline treadmill......looking to get up to about 220-230.....here she is
WAKE 500AM
CARDIO
630 - 12 EGG WHITES/2 WHOLE EGGS
1 CUP OATS
930 METRX MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE
1200 6 OZ CHICKEN AND 6-8OZ YAM SMALL SALAD
230 (PREWORKOUT) PROTEIN SHAKE W/ TBS PB
430 TRAIN
530 PROTEIN/CARB SHAKE
630 6OZ CHICKEN 1 CUP RICE SMALL SALAD
900 PROTEIN SHAKE W/ SKIM AND EGG WHITES (SLOW DIGESTING)
930 BED
1200AM LOW CARB MEAL BAR (EAS CARB SENSE)
WILL TRAIN USING 5X5 AND DC........2 DAYS ON 1 OFF.........
any thoughts? then I'll tell you who desinged the routine for me...
